A sales person assisted with the purchase of a stereo install. What he did not know, he took the time to ask another employee. Everything was ordered correctly and came as ordered and on time. Best Buy Geek Squad scheduled me for three weeks out and they were expecting me when I showed up. They also made the install in their 2 hour window as they indicated. When the vehicle was picked up, they spent time with me explaining how to operate it. The installers were very nice. If I could complain, it would be that I spent two days calling them and all I could reach was poor English speakers in another country. They need local people to assist local customers.

I like that I can order online or in store, and pickup at the store. If the item not what I expected, they refund me right. The employees have always been helpful, at busy times there is a little waiting, but not too bad...you can also check-in for help.
My last visit was OK, the shelves were very empty (guess shipments are slower than normal). I was still able to find some good deals including 2 "open box" sales (every item in 100% excellent quality).
Lots of parking, close to the 60 freeway, open 7 days, pickup inside or curbside.

The representative that helped me find a new sound. Bar was super helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me anything but he gave me all the options and I found the best one for me.

I've not had great experiences with Best Buy in general over the past 10+ years so I wasn't super stoked to have been driven here by lack of availability elsewhere during COVID-19. But we needed new appliances. Fridge, dishwasher, and stove.
Long story short, we were very well taken care of by more than one associate, and in the end I only got the business card of one employee, so he will go mentioned here. Tyler got us all checked out and went above and beyond to make sure we could get everything we needed in the quickest available time.
After our purchasing experience with Best Buy, our appliance deliveries went very smoothly and we were impressed by their contracted companies. They took our old appliances, delivered and installed our new ones, took pictures (mostly for their own liability I'm sure, but it is still appreciated), and were on their way in a timely manner. We have several rentals that will need outfitting and we plan on returning to Tyler at this location soon.

Upon entering, their is always a host that greets you on your way in, and assists you with directions about the store if needed. Otherwise, the store is clean, and almost always has what you need in stock. They also offer online shopping, in-store pick up and delivery. Super versatile!

We go to Best Buy for the Geek Squad service. Most of the people we've encountered have been friendly and helpful. There was one particular person assisting us who could've been more helpful when we clearly didn't know what we were looking for as far as a replacement hard drive goes. He just told us what to look for and gestured in the general direction of where to find it. There was a gal passing by that area who didn't normally work there - she just saw several people waiting in front of a locked cabinet and offered to help all of us get what we needed. She didn't get the right thing when she took it to the guy helping us. He sent her back for something else and it, too, was the wrong thing. Three times back and forth when he could've just walked over himself and got what we needed instead of just standing at the counter pointing. Other than that, we've had good service and our computers are running much better. We will continue going there.

Don't know about rest of store staff, but car audio install guys were great. Clean, fast install and made sure I was happy and spent the time to explain how all functions of new unit worked

It's a great place to buy electronics and you could even do price match and there some employs that have a good customer service I've had some Issues in the past but they always help me and always fixed the problem. They have a good protection plan for all your electronics. It's much better than waltmart in there protection plan.

Courteous customer service and equally professional management. I appreciated the support for an exchange/ credit today. It was also nice to be greeted and help offered as soon as you walk into a store!

Busy time during the holidays if you love it join it and don’t expect it to be normal’ always loved Best Buy. We need a retail electronics store still

Plenty of parking outside. Inside, the checkout area was a bit busy even for a weekday, however the employees were quick to jump in and help. I was able to get everything that I needed to get done done. There was very little hassle, and the employee was very knowledgeable.

We had wonderful help and the store is nice and clean and organized. Our product went on sale a week later and we took our slip in and they adjusted the price. We got a 65. Inch Hisense tv and are completely in love with the picture and sound. The playoffs yesterday were wonderful on this tv

Best experience at a Best Buy ever. The staff was very professional and helpful. I had an issue with a product I had purchased and asked for the manager. The store manager, Joseph, responded to me right away. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided a very reasonable recommendation. Thank you Joseph for all your help and kindness.

Had to pick up a chest freezer for a older lady. I didnt know they sold these... and... it was in stock too!! Holy moely... I was in shock. But also, the staff was very nice, and they helped me load it into the truck. Thank you very much for the help. And it really was the best buy for me, that day.

This location is very nice, has a nice stock. Employees are very nice. The only downfall of Best Buy is that I have to compare prices with Amazon because sometimes I can find some thing on Amazon much cheaper. But sometimes Best Buy has nice sales so you just have to keep your eye out. Nice store! Highly recommend it!

Great selection of brands with a wide price range . Our fridge died on Friday. Two grand to repair it ( get the heck out!). It's a fridge in AZ., No time to do the due diligence to find a good deal.
Went to Best Buy on Sunday, two hours of comparison and settled on one that fit the budget. Delivered on Tuesday morning by one of the most incredible delivery crews I've ever dealt with.
