Great customer service, various items, just a little higher the a 99 cents store

Excellent!! Excellent customer service!! The employees are NOT LAZY but happy that I arrived. Willing to assist you as well. They are knowledgeable about every product they sell and honest. This location has just what I need and more. Unlike one location at 1021 e main street Mesa AZ 85203 I made the mistake of going there. I refuse to go back. Simply because of their poor customer service. When they were asked about their poor manners and lacking major customer service skill all of the employees completely
lied and turned this situation up side down. And are not professional, very lazy as well. And all 3, the cashier, the supposed manager and the supposed GM will argue with the customer. They also seem to be confused.. Anyways,, I will certainly return to the new found. location always! It's a little out of my way, well worth the distance. This is the go to. The manager Michelle is AWESOME!
You visit this store and she remembers your name. Store is always clean and stocked. And if you need help her employees are always willing to help you. I love going into this location.

I really like this store! Employees are friendly and helpful. You can find just about anything you are looking for.. Prices are more then a dollar but are well priced some items are higher priced. More then you would pay in a regular store.

We don't shop here enough to know where everything is but the staff were so helpful and stopped doing what they were doing to show us to the items we needed. The cashier was friendly! We will shop here more often!

They were ryde about using their outlet to charge my phone and a worker yelled at a woman about her autistic kid.
