I have been a GameStop pro member for about 7+ years. Each employee at this location has been incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. I mainly go in for trading cards and they always let me know what promotions are going on and what products they personally recommend. I will be sure to pre-order new sets from this location frequently as they excel at customer service.

Very good customer service and information. I came here to buy an xbox-x Diablo 4 bundle. Although this location was out of stock for this item the worker made sure to check the nearest locations that did have the item I was looking for and printed out the store locations and phone numbers. While I was calling to double check, they did have the bundle in stocks.

we talked about different consoles and preferences in video games. She was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as professional with the customer that was in line in front of me.

This is the type of employee you want to keep around and also promote to make your location a positive experience for customers for the foreseeable future, especially with how game and hardware sales are shifting towards online sales.

This type of worker keeps physical game sales in store viable. Wish I could remember her name to give more credit. She was working alone on a night shift during this visit if that helps.

The guy was super helpful. I mentioned Atari 2600 and he showed me the metal box version of the 50th anniversary edition for Switch, which I bought because it was cheap for a special edition game (even though it's more of a history archive with tons of photos and videos). Also, my daughter was looking for a specific old DS game and he sent us to a sole proprietor competitor who had a much broader selection of DS titles. Really great service.

They were so helpful! I had a trade in they were able to get everything finished in a timely manner. Genna was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable and able to help me with everything. It was a great trip overall!

This store has the best employees ever. They are super nice and helpful. Please ask them if you need any questions since they are pretty busy in picking up the phone. But whatever I need, they did help me out. Kelley is the one of the best staff that helps me out. They are the best. This is the most favorite store that I want to do. I do recommend to come in here if you want to get your games. They can be not much know about game but they are trying their best to help you.

In order to explain how good the service is here, I need to tell a story. My daughter's birthday was in March. She carefully planned ahead and selected a movie she wanted to go see with me, but they closed the theaters down on her big day. All she's had in the meantime has been video games. She's diligently done her chores and earned and saved, and she was dead set on buying a currency card with her money today. She EARNED this. We went to Best Buy, but their doors are closed -- no card there. Though she was sad, we tried Game Stop, and all seemed well until we realized paper currency is no longer accepted here. To an 8 year old, every door seemed to be slammed in her face. I began to walk her out of the building but had to stop to comfort her as she broke down in sadness. But Ryan, behind the counter, was touched and found a way around the new policy in order to get that currency into this little gamer's hands. She tearfully thanked him, and I shook his hand. This has been the best human-to-human interaction I've had all year. In this age of impersonal digital purchases and face masks and locked doors, Ryan went so far above and beyond to be a hero to a young girl by merely being a human with empathy. Game Stop should be proud to have Ryan representing their brand.

Stopped into Gamestop to pick up a Christmas gift for my Grandson. Unfortunately Game Stop didn't have any left. Ryan looked on their website to see if he could get one for me. No luck. But instead of stopping their , Ryan told me about a little independent shop that might have what I was looking for. It was just a few miles away. He gave me very good directions. The shop had the item. If it hadn't been for Ryan going the extra mile to help me I would've never found the game. Ryan gave me great customer service, and I really appreciated it!

I don't do gaming but my son does so I go for him. I halfway knew what I wanted and the employees were so helpful. They went above and beyond helping me out!

This store seems to have a larger selection of games, consoles, collectibles and the staff is so incredibly nice! They even have open displays for customers to see the items like the Fallout Collectibles. Not a very common thing at all when it comes to their merchandise. Very awesome store!

Kevin and Todd have helped me out with so many purchases in the two (+) years I've been visiting their store. They have informed me of the best purchases I could make in the store! These two work well with each other and are extremely knowledgeable with every question I have about each console I own and games I inquire about. These two are the best employees of any GameStop I have ever been to! Their location is the only one I will ever shop at in the Phoenix area because I know they will ALWAYS give me the best Info on any product I want from GameStop! I always leave satisfied with my purchase(s) or with info they may have shared with me Thank you Todd and Kevin!

Went in and ordered the Last of Us part 2 and the staff was very helpful. Also she was wearing a mask which helped put me at ease. Social distancing guidelines also followed here so that also helped!!

If you haven't stopped by this location, give it a try. It's under new management and the vibe is so much more positive and friendly! I used to try and avoid this location (it's very close to where I live)...now I'll recommend it as a go to location with the new friendly staff in place. 🙂

Only come here for occasional good sales or when my youngest son has money to burn. Young lady there on the weekends is always super friendly and very patient with the 7 year old asking constant questions.

Went to this gamestop because it was the only one that had the game I was looking for. This is my home gamestop now because Ryan is awsome! You forget they sell much more than games, I even found a tokyo ghoul bag at this one! As for people upset with gamestop customer service just try to keep in mind gamers are freaking weirdos and usually dont like workers hovering so they tend to lay back and let you search automatically.

Joshua really gave me some helpful advice about a few games that I wasn't familiar with. I ended up buying both because it was hard to choose one. The story lines were great.

Awesome customer service! Friendly staff and very helpful. Even made sure I was ok with my son buying a mature game. This is my new favorite location!
