The pharmacy on this Wednesday afternoon was extremely busy, as they generally are. However, the staff moved quickly to move the line as it started to grow. I was impressed by Casey, the pharmacist, as he continued to multitask filling orders, answering questions, and any concerns from customers and even finding room for vaccination injections. Casey listens as well as he strives to answer any all concerns you may inquire of him in regards to your prescriptions or insurance processes and procedures. On this particular night my pain management clinic was unable to properly follow through with a pain medication prescription that I would need after a surgical procedure I am scheduled to have on Friday. Casey was able to procure enough pain medication to at least get me by after the surgery until my PCP or surgeon could place a prescription for me. Casey as well as Chenoa, and Lindsey we’re all working diligently and quickly as they typically do to help everyone. They each deserve the great full recognition for their professionalism and kindness that they display each time I retrieve my meds.
Thank you CVS for this team of individuals in the pharmacy and for Nancy and her pleasant and outgoing customer service skills up in the front of the store. Thank you CVS for being open 24-7 and for the workers in the pharmacy and minute clinic, and for being there tonight. Thank you for doing your work quickly, and accurately. You are each very much appreciated !

They're amazing! The techs and the pharmacist on duty when I was there, Daniel was very kind. Pharmacy staff are polite and competent. 10/10 would recommend

During and since the pandemic, pharmacies and pharmacists/techs have been stretched so tight that customer service has taken an enormous blow. I am a frequent flyer at filling prescriptions, and I’ve had to search for a place with enough staff, a helpful staff, and reliable hours. I have been constantly impressed at employees here who still treat me as though I’m their full priority when I come up to the window. They make sure I am fully taken care of, even if it means extra effort—no matter the line behind me. When you wait in a long line, it is amazing to be rewarded for your wait by outstanding service. They handle transactions quickly (even when there’s a snag). Sometimes the line is long, but this store at 1212 Greenfield in Mesa is the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. Thank you to all these exhausted but diligent and pleasant pharmacists and techs. I’ve seen the patience of Job from some of you with belligerent customers. I literally never dread my visits like I did at other locations where hours would change without notice and overwhelmed employees meant underwhelming customer care. You all deserve raises. I don’t know why in the world your rating is not higher. Nobody can please everyone all the time, and I suppose when people are upset they are more likely to go online to express it….

Lorraine was extremely helpful! I love the fact that her and another customer service consultant helped myself and the gentlemen behind me. Instead of just directing us to the automated check out. Yes it’s nice to have self check-out but it’s not the same as having that in person face to face friendly check out. This store is a 10 for customer service and cleanliness!

Literally drive half an hour to get my scrips filled here because every other pharmacy I’ve tried has left me running out of my meds and loses my requests. God bless this CVS

If kindness and compassion are part of the ethos of a pharmacy, this CVS on Greenfield is saintly. The service was efficient, timely, and professional.

But that was almost negligable. When i went to pay for my prescriptions, i had that aweful, sick feeling that i had left my phone in my Lyft ride. After long , nervous miniutes wondering how to get home, Devon and his sister, Justice, ordered me an Uber to my home in Tempe. They restored my faith, not only in CVS, but makind as well.

God Bless CVS for having them employed in their store: they are the kind of CVS embassadors who will convert new patrons for years to come.

The overnight crew are very kind. Justice and Charles I can’t remember the other guys name but he has crutches they are a big help. I love when employees can laugh with their customers. I go in all the time. Justice is such a sweet heart I saw her buy these little kids candy and had a very sweet talk telling them to be nice to eachother and to always help their mom and she told the boys to be nice to their little sister because she’s going to grow up knowing her brothers are going to protect her, The mom was so happy and thankful. We need more people in the world like this kind young lady.

Great place to get all your vaccines. Get online and schedule all vaccination.

I cannot praise the workers here enough. As a former customer and now employee ive always received the most quality care and service from any CVS in the east valley. Ill be coming back again.

I am so grateful for this Minute Clinic! I was unable to get into my primary doctor’s office until “maybe next week”- a problem most of us are familiar with nowadays. This clinic got me in same day, and did a very thorough exam and testing. I had to only wait about 20 min beyond my appointment time, which was less than what I would’ve had to wait had I been able to get in to my PCP. I didn’t mind the wait. These clinics are having to take the overflow of patients that our primary docs can’t fit in, and they do it with care and efficiency. Thank you so much!

Clean, bright and efficient 24 hour facility. The pharmacists have been great helping me update all of my vaccinations. If I need a medication it is filled within minutes. I recommend this pharmacy to my friends.

I was traveling in Arizona around Feb/March of this year, and unfortunately got struck down with what turned out to be walking pneumonia. Since I was from overseas, there was very little that I could do about it. Luckily for me, a good friend of mine recommended that I go to a pharmacy to get checked out, and I happened to come across this one.

Let me just say, I cannot gush enough about this pharmacy. Not only was I looked after very quickly by the resident doc, my prescription was also filled very quickly. The staff there are fantastic, helpful, and very quick, and were more than willing to take the time to explain everything that I needed to know about my dosages, and whatnot. I was so sick, I could barely register what was happening around me, but the staff were very wonderful and helped me as best as they could.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Great pharmacy! Got my flu shot here and was out in less than 15 minutes. Both the techs and the pharmacist were incredibly nice and I barely felt the shot. Definitely would make this my regular pharmacy for any medications I need filled.

I was worried after reading so many unfavorable reviews, but I actually had a pleasant experience. The pharmacist said he would fill my order right away and he did. It was ready within the timeframe quoted. There was someone ahead of me who couldn’t make up their mind about something and another tech jumped on a register to help me. Mackenzie was quick and sweet. I usually use Walgreens because of my insurance but Walgreens doesn’t sell nebulizers for albuterol, and thankfully this cvs had it and it only cost me $30 without insurance. Not bad! I will definitely return in the future.

I would like to personally thank the pharmacist Cathrin for helping me with my dogs emergent prescription on Easter morning nonetheless! She was so kind, explained everything and went the extra mile. Thank you CVS for maintaining a 24 hour pharmacy, I couldn’t have been more grateful.

I had an older blood pressure monitor. I was asking for a refund or replacement. And the manager allowed me to replace it free of charge. I was very glad!

My first experience there was amazing. I was treated like a human, and by somebody who really seemed to like his job. I even got to meet the pharmacist, who offered a brief consultation confirming my doctor's orders. I'm moving everything there now, and so is my wife.

I have frequently visited this pharmacy and love how service has changed for the better. Also want to recognize pharmacist Lindsey & Farley for always being so helpful and pleasant.

Today CVS definitely earned my business over the Walgreens across the street, especially thanks to Sarah in the pharmacy (I believe she was a pharmacist assistant). She went out of her way to help me and get my prescriptions filled that Walgreens wouldn't. Walgreens gave me some BS about filling 2 narcotic painkiller prescriptions my mother was in dire need of being fresh out of the hospital for major surgery. I would highly recommend going to CVS instead of the Walgreens across the street based on my experience. CVS was much more helpful and really went out if their way to make sure my mother had her meds and wouldn't be in pain.
