AT&T Store

Thank you so much Bre I hope that’s how you spell it I originally contacted support and they advised I go to the store for a replacement sims card the Elliot location is the nearest to me bre was so helpful and prompt with services now I can enjoy my weekend thanks so much again

Highly recommend this location for any of your phone needs. Came here because I needed a new sim and was also having all sorts of account issues. Odell provided outstanding customer service and was able to solve all of our problems! Thank you!

I came in a few weeks ago to take care of my phone and Q was dope. I told him what I needed and he got the job done. I already had a line but needed a biz line. He had me in and out in no time. His customer service skills are spot on.

I loved the team work in there that I haven't seen at any other store. While Q was working on setting me up the Manager David was gathering the requested items and making sure I had cases and all that good jazz. Team work make dreams work and they work well together! Thanks again guys!

I decided to switch back to AT&T from T-Mobile and this was the nearest store. The three men that work in the store are just amazing. Their customer service was immaculate, and they were very attentive to my needs. The gentleman Q, is the team member that handled my number transfer port. We were having some issues at first but once we got it figured out the number was switched over within five minutes. He answered all of my questions, and I was able to leave the store a happy customer. Also, the manager is very aware of his employees, and they all communicate very effectively. I would definitely go back to the store in a heartbeat. Good job guys.😀😀😀

Gee (sorry if i misspelled it!) was very quick and helpful and made it very easy and comfortable to go through the upgrade process.

The agent was awesome sorry I did not get her name. She was very professional, engaging and quick and made the transfer from my old cell to a newer cell phone. I love this store the other one on Baseline not so much. I felt very valued!! approximate time 4:15p 5/20/22

Great service. Brand new store i was pleased to be instantly greet by Merv. He went over my plan showed me where i could save money and even got me and my lady a buy one get one free Apple Watch. The manager Hollie was there also and she was a great leader this will be my new go to store from now on

Hollie was excellent in assisting me with my trade-in today and a few days ago when I initially showed up. Very professional, but also pretty friendly. This is an awesome store. Happy I decided to come here.

Merv did a wonderful job taking care of us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. There were many people in the store and he made sure he took care of all of us. He bounced around the room and assisted everyone there. He was also training an associate at the time as well. He worked diligently to be sure that all of our needs were met. Thank you Merv!! We will stop in to see you the next time we are in Phoenix!! We made a new friend at AT&T !

I had an online order canceled and was forced to visit the local store on Elliot and I was very very happy with my experience there The staff was quick courteous knowledgeable and most of all they got what I needed done. Would recommend to anyone

I just worked with the AWESOME ATT team at the store on Elliot Rd. in Tempe! Merv took the lead in setting up and transferring data to my new iPhone 13 Pro. “Q” and Hollie told me about all of the in-store specials and sales items, then helped me to pick out the ones that were right for me!! Who knew you could have soooo much FUN getting a new phone!!!Kudos to the store Mgr. too!!

bianey was nice nd helpfull w questions i had about accesories . realy easy to talk to nd also helped this old lady that came in realy fast who wasnt even an att customer. that was CRAZY!!!
