Fascinations

The store is clean, welcoming, and fun. There is a lot of variety from toys to lingerie to clothing & accessories. The staff was great to talk to and answered our questions. The location is in a great place, and we felt safe driving to and shopping in the store. They checked out a toy before we purchased to make sure everything worked and charged.

Justice was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything we asked about. He was easy to talk to and didn't make us feel uncomfortable with any of our questions. He is Definitely an an asset to your company.

My girlfriend and I came in and purchased an item recently. Alex was extremely helpful with information regarding the different options. Grace was incredibly kind and patient on the phone when there was a glitch with our item and both her and Alex made sure we left satisfied customers! We'll be back for sure.

High quality store, joy help me out she was a joy to work with thoroughly enjoyed my experience in the store. They have a large inventory. And apparently this was considered low inventory. Which can only mean that sometimes the store is even better than it currently was today! And I was blown away!!

There are a few things from the web that are not in the store. Bull whips are not in the store but can be found on line. Also, they do not stock rush.

Like the dungeon, but it should be bigger.

There is a lot of BDSM products. But there could be more.

Overall, it is a great store. I will be going back.

Samone and Justice were so helpful and friendly! As soon as I walked in the door, they greeted me immediately and let me know about all of the sales going on. They constantly were checking in throughout our shopping experience and even offered personal testimonials about the products. I will definitely be returning soon!
