Thre guy at 430 pm on Wednesday October 4 was so good at talking if you wanted to, and was so excited to help me out and was effective! He kept me from running back and forth the house and was a great experience for getting a brand new Xbox off warranty!

Chris is always extremely helpful every time my boyfriend and I go there. He’s super informative and welcoming and he helped us get our money back from another location that never contacted us! Makes it a good time to go in the store every time.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience at the store. Big thanks to Tony and the lady training him. (Sorry didn't get her name but she was very helpful too).

One of the best stores in the valley. We had a bad experience at a different location and these two guys went above and beyond to make us feel better. Great customer service. Kelsey and chance are great employees.

Stopped in to brows and check status on a few old PS/PS2 games. The store was just a little busy, but the employee (Shelby) was so friendly and prompt with everyone! She was so personal while being professional and efficient. Shelby also was very organized, she knew where all her resources were for each of our unique questions. Thanks again! We'll be back and can't wait till our games arrive

Very friendly girl manning the register, her name escapes me at the moment, but she was very helpful and friendly. My fiancee and I visited this particular store two times. First we purchased an X Box 360. The second visit we purchased a PS 4. Will be back again to purchase games and what not. 5 stars.

Always stocked. I'm telling you they're awesome! Unfortunately I can't remember the guys name that helped on the phone and in person. Totally knowledgeable about everything and more. This is my new gamestop.

All of the staff are helpful, polite and go out of their way to take care of me. They even go so far as to obtain things I am looking for from other locations. I always feel like o am the most impotant customer when i stop by.

Loved the customer service offered, great deals on games and the employee made sure to answer all my questions. Very patient as well wasnt felt rushed at all

Great Great GameStop to go to I go to Tempe Marketplace GameStop. I like this one a lot better I just bought two new games. Wwe 2k20 for Xbox 1 gold deluxe. And Batman Arkham. Very friendly staff over the phone and In person. They had the last gold deluxe WWE 2k20 game they held for me definitely coming back here.

Shelbs has the BEST customer service ever. I will always come back as long as she works there. I used to dread gamestop. I will be back. :)

Got battlefield 2042 today and got my membership for the year, there wasn't any line and the worker was nice
