CVS

I would give 10 stars if possible. I drove to two other non-CVS locations only to find that the medication I needed was not available. I called this pharmacy, got a young lady who checked and acknowledge they had the medication. I walked in and got in line and the same lady that answered the phone asked if I had a prescription to drop off - I said yes and she asked me to step forward right away. She mentioned that it might take 30 minutes to get it filled so I said I will wait in my car. Less than 4 minutes later I received a call to pick up my prescription as it was ready!!! At the check-out counter the lady, Crystal, and the pharmacist explained what I needed to know and I was on my way. #1 100% professional. #2 F A S T (and I know that this location is busy but they are work quickly). #3 Courteous and helpful to me as a member of the "older" crowd. Fast, friendly, courteous, got the meds, got it right, and what else is there? EASY IN and EASY OUT. THANK YOU!

This place has always been convenient and quick for me. The pharmacist and techs are always super friendly.

I recently went to a different CVS and was appalled at the service there. This may be the best CVS in AZ!

The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always pleasant. I was having insurance issues a while back and the tech was literally so patient. They were super busy but she wasn't frazzled and handled everything and got my stuff to go through. I get my shots here as well and the pharmacist is always really nice. This has been my pharmacy for over 2 years and I'm moving out of town and will be sad to be at a different pharmacy.

This location has very helpful staff- kudos to Jonathon and Diane who helped me today! They found an item that I thought was out of stock and then explained how I could save money on my purchase. Thank you two!

Incredible and consistent pharma staff that treats me like family and always is courteous and puts a rush on my orders despite the fact they're swamped. I am a weekly customer and even tho CVS is not the most cost effective pharm for me I would not go to any other pharmacy. The two pharmacists John and John are outstanding along with their hard working staff. Always the same faces each time I'm there which makes me feel comfortable. Thank you for all your help guys! 😃 And gals

The pharmacists are great and doing their job very well. They questioned and corrected my pediatricians wrong dosage, it was double what it should have been, for antibiotics and potentially saved her life.

Nicole helped me find the items I was looking for. She was very friendly and her customer service was wonderful. I look forward to my next visit to cvs.

The pharmacist, Johnny, is wonderful, as are many of the pharmacy technicians. Johnny is highly knowledgeable, caring, works hard, and goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and needs. He's on my "Favorites List," AKA: Tempe's Best of the Best. While I have only positive things to say about Johnny and his staff, I feel compelled include a WARNING: The pharmacy hours have changed (and have not been reflected on here as of the date I am writing this). They now close at 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and at 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The pharmacy staff is very friendly. Sometimes they do have a waiting period. But they normally get your medicine fast and efficiently.

Needed help with prescriptions and ins. Staff were extremely busy, but when it was my turn, took time and assisted. Very happy with experience. Just remember, this is a BUSY site. Don't expect in and out but service is excellent.

Quick stop at this location for some sunscreen, clean and friendly associates. Will return!

Wonderful experience with staff!

I get my prescriptions exclusively at CVS on elliot rd. and rural rd. The pharmacist is excellent, informative and friendly.

Good, prompt service at drive-through but it seems dark & uninviting inside. I like Walgreens as it's lit up!

The carpet floors makes me happy
