Been there to pick up my meds and there was an issue but staffs were really helpful and trying to solve the problem for me which I really appreciate it. Will use service from this place again

This is my go to CVS and I always have a good experience! Whether it’s a team member on the floor or a pharmacy tech everyone is kind, helpful, and patient! I am a CVS customer for life!

Okay, I always seem to have a couple small issues here, but the customer service today made the word 'excellence' seem inadequate to describe it. The rep with the two braids was as determined to help as if it were coming out of her own wallet, she really is just the kindest girl. And the manager on duty, didn't get his name, was the sweetest, funniest, most helpful employee ever. He even offered to carry my heavy load out for me. I was half tempted to let him, but I figured he would realize I didn't drive there once we got a block down the road. For serious, though, slap a sticker on him and I'll take two! (I like to have a spare.)

Great place in a very scenic area located right next to ASU. Used to come there every few days as a student of ASU. Things generally are somewhat expensive in that neck of the woods.

The pharmacists are terrific here. They are fast and they keep me well informed on any new medicines that I'm taking.

CVS has always delivered excellent customer service as well as a well designed organized store where finding a product that you are looking for is easy and seem less. The courteous nature of the staff is welcoming and reassuring that gives customers a feeling of importance. The prices are reasonable and affordable.

The pharmacy is great. I've used them for years. They text me when prescriptions are ready. They have a drive through pharmacy for pickup. They have a parking lot (even in busy Mill Ave area) and I've never had a problem finding a space. When walking, the north entrance is often closed and you have to walk past homeless people hanging under the east side portico sidewalk, so I usually walk through the west side parking lot entrance instead. Well stocked for a smaller footprint but they have printer ink, photo lab, frozen/refrigerator foods, wine and alcohol as well as traditional pharmacy offerings.

Cashier I had tonight(I don't know his name but he was a young African American man) was the absolute best. He acted very professional and kind when the woman I was with was being rude towards him. I'm so sorry about that and if you see this you're amazing! Happy Holidays <3

I Love this Pharmacy. I always get greeted as soon as I walk in the door. Brian and the rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly. They do sometimes get extremely busy due to being close to ASU but that has never limited their service, courteousness and professionalism.

Totally amazing ....as busy as the Tempe Mill Ave area is ...I walk into CVS and pharmacy tech Joey knows me by name before I say anything....then Jenna the pharmacist says hello...and knows me by name....lol....it's not like I am a stalker --at CVS daily-- I visit maybe three times a month...but Joey encouraged me to register online -- and I now receive fantastic saving coupons off my purchases - constantly....
I think the store is open 24 hours...it's at the ASU campus so it's a busy area...

Whoever answered the phone at the pharmacy this afternoon was so kind! I know this location can be a little insane so I really appreciated him taking the time to patiently talk to me about the questions I had.

Never have I felt the need to leave a positive review at a CVS before, thank you Jon for the absolutely spectacular service. Wish this was a norm, this guy needs a raise

Pharmacy staff is helpful and cordial. Convenient location. Well organized beautiful store. The two entrances are a bit confusing but overall a very pleasant place to go.

Great store, staff is friendly and very helpful. Especially the overnight crew considering all the drunks they have to deal with. I'll definitely come back...see YOU soon.

I haven't had really a bad experience at this CVS. They have what I need when I need it, the staff is helpful, the pharmacy staff is good, and it's usually a quick and painless shopping experience!

Great location and easy to find from downtown. Store is clean and the staff very helpful. It’s a large store and they can help you find anything you need. Lots of good sales.
