open 24 hrs. no public restroom. it is one of only a few places to fuel up at any time. it's store is open 24 hrs and has a variety of drinks to choose from.

Don't go here! Filled up here, then asked the woman to turn in the air so I could fill my tire and she said I had to pay a dollar. Bullshit. They have a button that turns it on inside the store. Pumps were broken, store was dirty.

I witnessed the owner kick a kid out that didn't do anything owner said he was banned and that was awkward a kid trying to purchase his items and not steal the world has enough theirs seen the young man drop his head after the owner refused him services it BROKE MY HEART this place should be Closed It Would Be a Great Quick Trip

The manager here is rude. I was doing laundry next door (awesome 24hr laundry mat by the way) with my fiance. We bought a sandwich each from Walmart to heat up for our dinner (to save money and knowing we'd be at the laundry for awhile) took the sandwiches to AMPM to use the microwave and we're very rudely informed we could only use the microwave to warm food that we bought there. What this tells me is that 1.) I was being stereotyped and 2.) This rude man is barring access to warm food/ drink to all of the individuals that are facing homelessness in the area on a night where there was a freeze warning issued by the weather service.

Today 02/21/2020 I went to your location at 980 west University Dr, Tempe, AZ store # 42443, Site ID arco42443001. I proceed to the counter to pay for my drinks and candy and asked for two packs of the Camal blue 99s. I told the employee behind the counter I have coupons from Camal for the cigarettes and proceed to show them on my phone via the Oasis app. The other employee behind the counter a young unprofessional girl proceeds to tell me that they don't accept coupons from the manufacturer and I informed her there accept everywhere were cigarettes are sold. The employee got very defensive and very rude and said we do not. As it states on your web site 21+ cigarette coupons are accpeted is this incorrect information? Other locations have had no problems accepting them which I informed the employee who proceed to snatch my bag of items and hand it to me and walked away. As a customer service representative myself the blatant disregard for the customer and unprofessionalism I received from this location is astounding. Because of the employees lack of knowledge of company policy I lost the use of the digital manufacturer coupon because it has a time limit in which you have to scan the coupon before it is unusable. please be advised I will be reporting this to the BBB and to both ARCO and AMPM corporate offices.

I will never go here again, what a scam. They charge you 35 cents no matter what you purchase if you use a debit card. I'd love to see this place go out of establishment. That's very unethical.

Closes at 1:45am. Don't try and get beer here. You never know if they will be open or not! Plus this place blows.
