Shake Shack Fashion Square

Food was perfect and delicious. It's a burger so except greasy 🤤 place was clean and all employees were so nice and attentive :) I got:
- single patty bacon avocado burger
- small fries
- small yuzu honey lemonade (sooo good)

I want to try their Korean fries and a different lemonade flavor next time 🧉🍟

This an upscale mall and the Shake Shack fits in nicely. Nice patio too. The food and shakes were great as usual.

All you need is the Shack stack (fried portobello mushroom included). Bun is nice and soft. Burger Patty is flavorful. Cheese nicely melted. Cheese fries were on point too!

Shake Shack's regular burgers are excellent, but their secret weapon is their chicken burger. The custard is smooth as silk.

Such a great location! Staff is all super friendly and upbeat! Deli took great care of us helping to ensure our order was exactly to our liking, and this is easily the best shake shack we’ve been too. Worth the drive/ stop if you’re in arizona!

Definitely coming back here to try all their sandwiches and shakes! I HAVE to try the Korean burger 😁

Excellent place to grab a great burger or chicken sandwich and fries! the place was VERY clean and the staff was VERY friendly and sincerely kind (not fake nice). Shout out to the Cashier, Celeste for being good at her job and very fun to converse with ! 😊. Good customer service is a lost art and GREAT customer service really stands out so this restaurant definitely stands out because of all these things! I highly recommend you try it!

Celeste made my experience today at shake shack absolutely wonderful when she greeted me with a beautiful smile. She was patient with me as I was explaining my dietary restrictions! I was thrilled that there were gluten free options. Restaurant was clean, service was fast!

Celeste was amazing! She greeted us right when we entered the restaurant had a huge smile and called me by name throughout the entire ordering process! Food was great! First time here and we will be back!

Our family had a great time here while visiting AZ! There were plenty of tables, we didn't have to wait long for our food, and they had a great area to put our stroller! The food was also great, as usual for Shake Shack.

Thos is not another average burger place -- they produce carefully crafted fresh juicey product with care. All contact points were positive and tasty. Very clean and tidy interior. Friendly staff.

Shake shack was so good. The entire family found something delicious. The shakes were amazing. Bacon and cheese fries so good. Burgers great and chicken bites mouth watering. It was so good!!!

Easy to order and they brought the food out to the patio when ready. I liked the Parmesan fries however not a fan of the truffle dipping sauce. Great food and value.

Great service, great food. Tried the shake shack root beer for the first time it was awesome. We've ate at several other shake shacks but this one the staff was very friendly and the burgers and fries were above 5star.👍

Never had a better char grilled burger with a gluten free bun! And it’s safe for celiacs like me! The shake was made with real ice cream no corn syrup or junk in it! Can’t say enough about this place and the staff were great! This blows In and Out Burger out of the water! OMG! And thank you Zac for my gluten free bun!

Stopped in with the family line was decent service was quick and we were to the register within minutes. Placed our order and within 7 min we had our food. Everything came out pippin hot, I ordered the mushroom burger thinking it was a burger with mushrooms as well but the nice lady at the register made sure to go out of her way to inform me this burger was a vegetarian option and had no meat! I didn’t even realize. Good think she told me. She fixed my order. The burger was amazing and the cheese oozed out of the deep fried mushroom patty. So delicious ! Saved room for a concrete banana 🍌 creme pie ! Sooo good ! Everything was fantastic from beginning until end. We will be back for sure!

I was served by Celeste at the front counter. She let me customize my meal and made it a perfect meal for me. I normally never EVER leave reviews but she did a fantastic job today. The total came out to 25.01 and she got a penny from the tip jar and made it to where we didnt have to break another five. ON HER OWN!!! She is a perfect person to represent Shake Shack... She earned her tip and earned my respect. I will 100% come back because of her service today. Plus. The food was great!

Great burgers! Our favorite part was our waiter - Michael - he is truly the friendliest, helpful and kind staff member I’ve ever had at any shake shack.

Toward end of shopping at the mall. Stopped here for lunch. My husband really enjoyed the food. Haven't been to a Shake Shack in years.

Been here several times. Amazing food, friendly staff, quick service, clean facility! Also, Michael is an amazing employee and very friendly and nice to us!
