The lady who runs the shop was checking me out at the counter when some random old guy walked in asking her about iPhone charging cables. She completely stopped helping me check out while she chatted with this guy, leaving me standing at the register in this extremely cramped store while they talked over me. I had to remind her to finish. Not coming back here anymore for sure

Associate added his own 20% tip on my purchase just now - would’ve tipped on my own but this has completely turned me off from this place which is a shame
