The employees were very helpful walking through the doors. It was clean and friendly. I even noticed a price difference from online vs in store. I was able to get the price adjustment over the phone. Awesome location I love to shop here.

It is one of my favorite stores in the world. I love the online option when it comes to making purchases.

If you want to shop a place that still takes pride in customer service, this is def one place! Top names! Clean and well organized store. Close outs! A savings app. This Xscape evening gown for $29. What?????? And did I mention excellent customer service?

We found what we came for. They had a good sale going on. But my review is for ANDREA! she was soooooo excellent. So patient. I made a mistake filling out my credit card info and she called right away to fix it. She made sure to give me the full breakdown on everything. It was super easy. She was so helpful. Me and my daughter left so happy I haven’t received customer service like this in years. I didn’t think it even existed anymore. She needs a raise.

I came into this store & after being in the store gathering things Adrianna S. helped me by getting a shopping cart. Upon getting to the cash wrap my experience began to accelerate into excellence thanks to a friendly professional by the name of Suhday M. (That’s how it’s spelled on the receipt at lease!) Suhday went above & beyond the call of duty by finding another store that had some shoes I needed for work in my size by using a UPC code which she gave to me & do I called Nordstrom Rack Northbrook (thanks to Suhday) ; meeting a kind gentleman by the name of O.C. who not only located the shoes on his computer but, took the liberty to make sure the shoes were actually in the store & placed them on hold for me for next day!
I am so thankful for not only excellence in customer service but, also team members who go the extra mile to ensure consumer’s like myself have a great experience.
I pray success & progress over O.C. in Nordstrom Rack Northbrook & Adrianna S., & the extraordinary Suhday S. who work in the Schererville location as well as the entire staff of both stores.
May God continue to bless this business that provide employment to so many great people!

They had exactly what I needed

My wife gets most of my clothes here and she loves thier purses and Jewelry. They used to carry some Psycho Bunny stuff. I must have bought it all, because I haven't seen the brand there in over a year.

I gave them 5 stars because it was nice, clean and attentive employees. First time there and not sure how to compare their prices. Have not been to actual Nordstrom store. I found a few values but did not have a lot of time to shop. Would like to go back.

the security guard there was so helpful and so was the lady and the back of the shoe store and the department she help me scan for my shoes and when I tell you she was so helpful she was still helpful usually when a person see someone that is handicapped they will quickly turn their heads and just look away with disgust but when she saw me she quickly jumped to help me I was so excited I was looking for a shoe in a six and a half but unfortunately they did not have it she showed me how to use the online store and when I got home I quickly got on to look to see if they have to shoot Unfortunately they did not have the particular shoe that I was looking for but they have the shoe and I have been looking for for over a year and six other colors and I bought them I was so excited I plan on going back to this store five more times next week just because that lady was so nice to me and the security guard agree to let me hold my Walker at the front of the store front of the store because I have a rare cancer where I need to hold on to something in order to be able to shop around the store and their carts are very small to fit my walker thank-you security officer and thank you to the lady at the store you truly were very nice to me and I love your prices.

This is a great outlet store. It's clean and the staff are helpful, and most of all, the clothes are cute and on discount. I picked up a Michael Kors coat there and it's gorgeous. If you like Nordstrom but not the price, try this place!

Love this place! Organized and very clean!! Very easy to find what you are looking for. Makes the competition look like a thrift store. More importantly the sales associates are very pleasant and professional. A one stop shop for sure!!!

Good price. Usually high quality product. Don't go there with your wife if you are going to pay 😅

Went in for just a belt and came out with much more. New styles on the floor.

My fourth favorite Rack location. I don't think i have ever left empty handed. They could improve on their active wear section for women, but the kids' clothes.... oh boy!!❤ I make out like a bandit for my nieces and nephews. 😊

Nordstrom rack is the best place to shop for cheaper Nordstrom clothing! I used to have to drive all the way to oakbrook so I was so happy knowing they where gonna build one close to me! We go here very often, and we always find multiple new amazing clothing. They also keep up with what is "trendy".

Love love love this store!!!! One of my favorites always find a good deal.
