The ease of using the self service station to make Amazon returns is next level! I love not feeling rushed to get my returns processed and the employees are super helpful if I need assistance. The other factor is how close it is to my house. Only 2 miles! Love this store.

They are ALWAYS HELPFUL & friendly. I had an Amazon return, there were 2 other customers with the same, all of us with various lack of knowledge of what to do, Deb was kind, not rushed & helped each of us with a nice smile on her face! There was another young man, helping another customer in there with some thing else, and she was there for a long time, and he also seem to be patiently answering her questions and helping her out.

My husband and I went into the UPS store with 15+ Amazon returns and Mason was so helpful, calming and patient with us while return all of our stuff. He even helped up put multiple returns in one. Thanks Mason. Super helpful, professional and friendly.

absolutely great customer service! i come in there all the time for packages for my online business and enok is always so nice and quick. he gets straight to the point, i’m in and out in no time. every other location i’ve been to, the employees are so rude and lazy. you’re literally paid to work there so do your job. i was surprised to see the negative reviews when i went to leave this one. it sounds like a ton of middle aged women who haven’t worked a day in their life and are expecting to have an hour long conversation because they’re lonely. love this location, will always come back!

The staff is always so helpful and makes dropping off packages a breeze. They even go out of their way to help clients who require a notary and witnesses.

Hannah is a SUPER STAR! They saved my life today! I messed up my labeling/packaging. Hannah helped me stay calm by being so calm themselves. Not only did they fix it for me, but went above and beyond by re packaging it too! Thank you so much, you have no idea how much that bit of kindness meant to me!

These very patient, tolerant, and HELPFUL staff spent two hours assisting me to get a document notarized and scanned. Won't bore you with the details of why, just know that they really went the extra mile, and were so patient and supportive during the process. I will be using this store exclusively in the future, the extra driving time is worth it!

This place is awesome! After spending all day trying to find a package box to ship and dealing with several Fed Ex employees that didn't wanna help me at all..don't ever use them...I repeat DON'T ever use FED EX!! EVER !!Customer service is garbage and they just seem to not care about anything!! Anyways ISAIAH helped me out at this location and made it easy and simple. These guys know what's up!! I'll be using them for all my packaging and delivery services and I would highly recommend these guys!!

Very friendly staff. My dad used to have a mailbox here and did a lot of business here as a mobile notary. When he was hospitalized they helped me with his mail. They are also very helpful when printing a large volume of documents or sending packages. This is the best UPS store in town!

Awesome, come here often to drop off pre-labeled packages for work or just my own to send out and they're always quick to recognize I'm just dropping off. They typically don't make me wait in line or hang out for the line of people doing more in-depth processes or mailings, just grab my parcel and give me a tracking number and I'm out in time to enjoy the rest of my lunch-hour.

The staff are all so helpful and polite.

Shane was wonderful & when I made a mistake of a shipping address, he was able to find my package, correct my mistake and gave me a new tracking number! I will always go back to this store! Than you so much! Laura

Maxx and Joey were awesome letting us know all of out options for mailing a package that we had no box for. Maxx also redesigned our Patient information sheet and did a fantastic job.
