This CVS location is one of the best! It’s not my CVS pharmacy, where I get my RXs, but I stopped in there the other day to pick up a Doordash order and a young woman named Tisha helped me S0 much. She was so knowledgeable about where everything in the store was located and went out of her way to help me. I wish every retail store had such excelled customer service—CVS is lucky to have an employee like her. Yay Trish!

Carly at the pharmacy was extremely helpful in sorting out a manufacturer change for my pet's prescription! She went above and beyond with the follow up, as well as locating other CVSs that carried the manufacturer that worked for my pet before it switched. I deeply appreciate the effort she put in <3 Thank you!!

I love that the Staff in store and pharmacy are always very kind , welcoming and helpful they always answer my questions the best they can love how this cvs is ran always have very smooth fast transaction with all kinds of services they offer there they make it easy and offer all kinds of services so I can just stop at cvs And do everything or almost everythinvg i need to do and not have to go to multiple places best part is it's open 24/7 so i never have to wait for morning to get my stuff done I can just head on over in the middle of the night to do my thing and continue on with my night Thank You CVS i appreciate you being open 24/7 and always being kind and helpful no matter what time it is keep it up 👍😁

I am really surprised about all the bad reviews about this location. The CVS by my house closed down so I switched to this one. They are super fast and the pharmacist always comes and talks to me about my new meds. This something my old my old CVS lacked so I am happy with my change

I prefer a store with self-service because I can see and apply my coupons

I took my daughter to the Minute Clinic and we received excellent service. She needed a physical so she could get trained for scuba diving. Elizabeth H. was the Nurse Practitioner who helped us. She was professional and cheerfully answered our questions. She saved us money and treated us with respect and kindness. I am grateful for her positive attitude and highly recommend her. Thank you!

First time at this location and I felt like I got the red carpet treatment from the first step inside to the last step out. Tiffany H. in the minute clinic was amazing. She got me in very quickly and diagnosed. Let me know exactly what I needed and explained everything to me pretty thoroughly. I love the fact that she listened to what I was feeling or dealing with and was able to put it all together and work out a plan to get it all taken care of. Chris was great too at the minute clinic, had me take a Covid test to see if that was my issue today or if it was something else.
The gentleman that was the cashier was pleasant and welcomed me back twice after my initial vist while the lady that appeared to be the store manager was all over making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely fashion. Thank you all for making a bit so pleasant reason for a visit that much more tolerable and easy.

So amazed at the Old Style Customer service at this location. Associates are always helpful with greeting or asking if you need assistance. Plus, the gentleman in charge who manages this particular location really makes sure that if an issue arises you'll be taken care of. Thank you

It's a convenient pharmacy right off of Broadway. They've always had the over-the-counter medicines I've needed. I also like their flavor selection for cough drops (which is probably the only positive thing you get to savor while having a cold).
The associates working there are very efficient and helpful in finding what I need. Ditto for pharmacy service- not including the wait time to get my medicine ready, once I get up there, it's pretty much in and out.

Shay is one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered she is by far one of the reasons I keep shopping there! All due to her down to earth personality and amazing customer service 10/10 would recommend shopping here

Vickie @ the pharmacy rocks. She knew me by name when I came in despite all the customers she deals with. She always takes the time to help and answer any questions I might have. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Aiden made my experience with a challenging return such a breeze!!! I love knowing that he went above and beyond to help me and having excellent customer service was such a breath of fresh air. Hopefully he is working when I return in the future as he makes this location worth the visit due to his shining personality and attention to detail. If only all the staff were as kind and competent as Aiden.

I love CVS on Broadway and McCintock in Tempe Arizona everyone is so very friendly and Awesome Customer service especially in the Pharmacy

Always come here for my last minute needs, staff always welcomes me, ask if I need help, shout out to Brian for being extra helpful with trying to find my package from UPS and keeping cool when dealing with an unreasonable guest that rudely cut me off when I was being helped by Brian.
