Family Dollar

Store is Always super clean , stocked well , employees are nice and helpful, fair prices, I actually really enjoy that it’s half dollar tree / half a family dollar, I have never seen one before , it’s pretty cool , it has all kinds of random items , but the store never seems to have what I’m actually there looking for , I have also noticed they make anyone with a backpack keep it at the front of store by the shopping carts ,which I understand but don’t agree with since the backpacks could easily be stolen while customer is shopping, a lot of people walk everywhere they go carrying backpacks with no other option, I just don’t agree with that policy regardless ,it just irritates me , anyways store dose have plenty of stuff you would regularly need and want, It just seems to be missing items you feel like should be there but just isn’t , this store is a wonderful, fast , and easy place to stop quickly get in and out fast , when just needing to stop , and run in and grab those 1-3 items you just need in between shopping , so you don’t have to go and stop at a big busy store , when in a hurry , store is not welcoming to people who take their time looking around and shop slowly, seems like they are trying to usher everyone on and out quickly, Just what I have witnessed and experienced myself shopping there , but overall the store is super convenient , pleasant , and easy to do your shopping at regardless

The other reviews seem to have a similar experience to mine. One of the employees/managers came up to me accusing me of stealing, while all I was doing was shopping. She rudely told me I needed to leave. Confused, I offered for them to hold my bag and things at the register so I could I keep shopping and buy the things in my cart. She said no that I needed to leave and I was never allowed back! I can only assume they were profiling me because my skin is brown. I have no other idea why they would randomly stop me and kick me out for no reason! I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid this place, and I recommend you do too. They are rude and don’t deserve our business.

First thing: Cashier was super friendly and helpful. BUT

3 employees (including Supervisor) out front smoking while one employee runs the register with a huge line. I'm a smoker I understand...but any other employees would go out back to smoke. Irritating watching the supervisor come in to say something to their cashier negative and then walk back outside to continue smoking while the line continues to form. Cowards even hide this on Google maps and only show the old Dollar Tree reviews unless you search Family Dollar. The cowards actually hid themselves on Google and can't even reply to the negative reviews pouring in. I'm sure there's State agencies that'll put you in your place. I expect a reply from the company soon. Or the state of Arizona can deal with you 🤷

This store has the worst customers service , the employees are rude and spend more time playing with each other and smoking outside than actually working . Rarely hasn't any product and Apple Pay doesn't work . Go to another dollar tree . I used to love this store . It's sad with the new upgrades that they didn't upgrade In employees.

Everytime I come here, the employees are so unprofessional. I usually ignore it because it's the closest store to my house but after the manager was of absolutely no help and totally unprofessional with my kids and I tonight, I'd rather make the drive to other stores from now on.

Me and my kids just experienced the worst customer service today 11/12/23 at 7:00pm the cashier Nicole was extremely rude and unprofessional to me and several customers and very aggressive and mean talking to customers she’s need to be retrained or fired immediately this is a very bad reputation to your business and I will definitely not be coming back just because of this experience.

Store is in a bad area so they treat everyone like thieves . Ghetto store and ghetto employees.
