I went in to buy a drink and ended up purchasing a mattress!!! Taylor, who showed me the deal of the century, clearance price + 25% off!! WHAT???I ended up getting a $600 mattress for..wait for it…$312.00!!!!! Taylor you are amazing in fact I went in the next day and Taylor helped me redecorate my whole bedroom from bedding to curtains!!! Taylor knows her stuff!!! Thank you!! Posted on FB and oops forgot to tell my husband. Well he knows now!!lol

Clerks were very helpful. I think one of them was actually the night Mgr or Supervisor. Very good prices & selection. Much easier to navigate than Wal-Mart. Not as large so more personal

Went in big lots as my car was being worked on next door, was looking at all of the furniture that I will need as I will be moving soon in the near future and I have to say….I have to take the time out to write a wonderful review for the customer associate Leona wow! is she on her game !! From the minute I walked in I was greeted and catered to with exceptional and excellent customer service to the moment I left! she went above and beyond!! she offered me many options as well! Very communicative and personable! Two thumbs up! 👍🏻 👍🏻

I absolutely love this place! It's always getting new inventory and I always anticipate finding a wide variety of products to choose from. The place was neat, organized, and we'll maintained. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better shopping experience! Load up the kids and bring them along because they have all kinds of goodies for them too! Make it a point to stop by and see for yourselves. There is something for everyone! Keep up the good work guys!

Clean, friendly and great deals

I went in the other day just to check the place out. I only bought less than $1.00 worth of stuff. I also donated $1.00 for charity.

Next thing ya know I was handed a receipt two feet long with a $5.00 off coupon for any purchase $15.00 or more (for the charity donation) AND a $10 off one for any purchase $40+ just because they're awesome!

Not to shabby. I went back today and used one. Friendly staff. Clean. Interesting clearance items. Fun shopping experience.

This is the nicest Big Lots on the face of the earth. It is unlike any of their stores I have ever been in. The store was well stocked, clean, had a great variety of nicer than usual merchandise. It is worth going here just to see how great Big Lots can be!

Great as just alittle shopping I needs. But was looking for another patio chair color of gray ??? It sold out so fast as I travel each Big Lots to find it ! So far I have 3's of the patio chairs 🪑as need one more!! Oh well I can do 3's patio chairs with my 2's 💺 longe chair's wud work out find to gathering 3 friend's during visiting my place 🙂😉

I had a terrific shopping experience at Big Lots. Ellie, at the checkout, was super sweet. These guys do it right, as far as customer service and store cleanliness I appreciated the employees in the store saying hello as they walked by me. It's night and day between the Big Lots employees and the w**m*** zombies. Thanks Big Lots!

I really like this store. They pretty much have anything you could possibly need and a few things you won't find at other places. The store was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The prices were decent. I'll be back many times I'm sure.

First rattle out of the box only 44 people in the store at a time and they were limiting the amount of shopping carts but each card was meticulously sanitized. I went in with a shopping list of four items and spent $30. Good prices and nice people.

Guy the assistant manager was absolutely amazing with our returned damaged merchandise. He was knowledgeable, sympathetic and understanding. His upbeat personality really changed my outlook on this location. Thank you so much for your positive spin on a bad experience.

I like this Big Lots location. It's so much cleaner than the last one I used to shop at. This one is stocked and organized. I found a giant bottle of body wash that doubled as a shampoo and smelled like coconut and the hemp scent smelled sweet.

Great employees and service. After leaving I started back in for an item I'd forgotten, and tripped. The man named Guy was out to check on me very quickly. Again, great employees!

The staff is great. Maryann is the store manager and she is the best. Was very helpful and one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met. She made me feel like I’ve known her forever.
