I came to this Walgreens to get my covid booster shot. This was the only Walgreens that had the Moderna which is why I picked this location. I made my appointment online so I would recommend that to speed up the process. They also validate your parking so don't worry about paying for parking. The people working at the pharmacy were really nice so just be patience with them and understanding because they are overworked. This Walgreens location look pretty decent inside, no items were on the floor and it's in a good area. I got my parking pass validate at the cashier near the back entrance. They also have a drive thru pickup for the pharmacy as well so I believe you can get your parking lass validate through there as well.

My husband and I came to get two vaccines and I couldn't resist pointing out how awesome Latasha at the pharmacy was! She was helpful, kind and super skilled and knowledgeable. Kudos, she's a great asset!!! Thanks again Latasha for your help today!

I must say hands down to MARISOL ,always greeting , good attitude u can truly see success. Upon helping Customers SHE HAS Always helped out my mother and father ,yet we see this from her often and just want to extend our gratitude. U HAVE MADE THIS PHARMACY CHANGE FOR THE BETTER THANKS . JUST GOTS TO GET RID OF HOMELESSNESS TRAFFIC.

I’ve been using this Walgreens for all my pharmaceutical needs. The staff is always fair with customers (who are often irritated with their own situation). The employees here are all excellent and compassionate about their customers.

I don't know what people are talking about. I have always had a great experience here I drive from Studio City to come to this one. Pharmacy staff is amazing and the regular staff are always kind and say welcome to Walgreens.

I live close by so I walk it whenever I need something. Workers are nice, and the store is clean. Not so crowded

I bought my face powder here and a lipstick and I am not quite satisfied with their customer service.

I just came off the mountain after doing trails since 11am ish and from the top of that mountain it’s all neighborhoods and nowhere to use the restroom in between. It’s before 8 and I struggle to find the door because there is no arrow showing what “back” is and one way doesn’t work. I figured I’ll go to the bathroom before I shop but there’s a code. I decide to just go shopping so I get just under $40 worth of stuff and I ask for the bathroom code because I’m dying. “We don’t let anyone in the bathroom after 8.” I even asked the manager. It’s barely after 8pm at this point and I’m the only one in the store, and the manager totally saw me walk in and go for the bathroom before their 8pm cutoff. I beg them and tell them I will go in their bushes and take a fine if they don’t let me go because it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m only giving two stars because the gentleman there was really helpful and the store is really big and nice. The management however is lacking. There should be some sort of sign on the outside because I feel really conned into buying stuff at this store to get a code. I would have 100% gone somewhere else. If there are paying customers in your store and you have an available restroom and you are open; don’t be a monster and let people use it if they really need to go. 😞

Terrible for prescriptions. They are unable to find half of them, and unable to fill the rest So slow. They will never pick up the phone if you try to call. Avoid!

I’ve gave them my number and contact info and still they do not call to let me know my prescription is ready. When I tried calling to follow up I was left on hold for over 30 minutes.
I've been going to this Walgreens in Encino on Ventura blvd for years. The store is ok for the most part. Not too clean in my opion compared to CVS. The pharmacy however is a whole different matter. It is is extremely slow and quite problematic. The people working the pharmacy is often very slow and I mean sloth like slow. No care about the other people waiting in line. There may be only one person In front of you standing at the window and you would be waiting 15 to 20 min just to drop off a prescription that I can pickup later. The so called drive through I will no longer us at least for dropping off prescriptions because the first and last time I used it they lost my prescription. When I went to go pick It up the told me I didnt have one there was no hard copy but I was in the system. Later, Walgreens found the prescription from my doctor inside their copier.

So my dad is ill with terminal CA, and is on strong pain killers. Every single Walgreens Pharmacy I visited (6), refused to fill it citing they don't have it available, moreover treated me like a potential drug addict with suspicion. This is terrible.

The worst Walgreens in the valley. Yes, I realize that title may already be claimed, but I'd like to nominate this location anyway. This store is chronically under-stocked and under staffed. I've waited several minutes at the cashier to make a purchase while staff ignore customers and hide in other parts of the store. The front door is locked so pedestrians are now officially unwelcome. The aisles are often a mess. Parking is behind a toll/ticket booth. Here's hoping the store dies soon and something useful takes its place.

The worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. People go here to get medication and you guys can't even have the decency to be nice. The manager of the pharmacy was yelling racial slurs at a customer while I was there, do not go here.
