I went in a few days ago and really enjoyed my conversation with Stephen. He's super sweet and knowledgeable about their products. He's so easy to talk to that you find yourself still in the shop 10 mins after you've already paid for your purchase, still chit chatting. They have a good variety of products and the prices are the best in town. It's a very clean shop and all the staff I've done business with have all been very friendly.

Super friendly people, always helpful, call you by name, good prices, great stock. I can't say enough how friendly they are here. I'm from back East and when I go in here I feel like I'm back home where people just seem a bit different, a bit friendly, more open, and treat you like a neighbor. I miss that. Now don't yell at me, I love Arizona as well, people are just different back East that's all, we just talk more.😂🤪😉

Been shopping here about a year now for a variety of products from thc accessories to kratom. I purchased a Lookah Seahorse from there and it only worked one time and then would no longer charge. I was told to contact the manufacturer to get a new one, this was within 30 days of purchase but there was a sign saying no returns or refunds given. I went on my pretty disappointed. However, this evening I just needed a quick little adjustable battery so I decided to give them one more try. The manager happened to be the person that helped me and he apologized and said they hope to keep my business and to come see him on a Sunday if I ever had an issue and offered me $20 my purchase today which I am happy with. He also took the time to explain the product to me. Very professional but personable as well. Overall very clean and organized.

I always have a great time going to this location. The sales people are very nice and extremely helpful. It is usually not crowded and you can take your time tasting any flavor you want. They truly care about their clients and will do anything to help..they also have the best prices I have found. If you read bad reviews about ecigs and starter kits, remember that they are STARTER KITS! I paid only 20$ for a high quality starter kit that lasted 6 months before I upgraded to a mod.

Not what I was expecting at all, I was waiting for it to be just like any other vape shop but they were nothing like them. Smoking vapor is a very high-end store. Very well put together, everything is easy to find, they have friendly employees and a good selection of great tasting flavors. Just on entering the store you can feel the welcoming energy. Awesome store, awesome people, awesome products. Will definitely see them again.

Amazing staff! They always and I mean ALWAYS hook me up. Best prices in town for quality products. Just got in new products (Kratom) and prices are cheap!! You'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
