T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods

This is my FAVORITE store!!!#Shopping! Great selection of all kinds of merchandise and awesome prices. When I was a teenager I worked at a T.J. Maxx and have been hooked ever since. On the exterior it looks like two stores, but inside they are together, TJ Maxx items on the left side, HomeGoods items on the right side.

If you see something you like, you buy it, because they don’t get large quantities of each item. They do have an online store, but sometimes the name brand is hidden so hard to find a certain item if you’re searching on their website.

This store does get busy, especially on the weekends, but the line moves pretty quickly as sometimes they do have up to 8 or more registers open. During the holiday season, the lines can be very, very long. It’s definitely less busy right when they open for at least 30min to 1 hr. They have great store hours, and open at 9:30am on Saturdays, times vary during the holidays.

They have a nice dressing room.

Request to TJ/HomeGoods…The one area I’d love to see upgraded is their bathroom. See photo. The store has really nice merchandise, but the bathroom isn’t very nice. I was in Walmart the other day and their bathroom is nicer than at the TJ/HomeGoods. Shoppers like a nice bathroom!

All in all, this store is 5 stars for me because I’m coming there to shop and it always has lots to choose from. What type of items do they have, almost everything!

TJ Maxx side: luggage, purses, shoes, jewelry, clothes (adult, teen, baby, etc).

On the HomeGoods side, they have kitchen items (pots/pans, accessories, spatulas, silverware, table linens, bath towels, bathroom items (trash cans, soap pumps, toilet brushes, shower curtains, soap dishes, etc.), throw blankets, comforters, blankets, throw pillows, sleeping pillows, mattress protectors, upscale trash cans, furniture, pet items (pet beds, pet coats, bowls, toys, etc.), mirrors, lamps, framed pictures, framed artwork, rugs (all kinds - small and up to 9 x12), kitchen mats, doormats, and seasonal items. I’m sure I didn’t list everything, it’s a lot of stuff.

Muhammad P. Helped me and my friend with everything we needed he was even so kind to help us load the car with heavy items and we didn't even need to ask. Overall my experience was great due to the kind staff.

Our Dulles South area is short on shopping opportunities and variety, but this is one of the bright spots in our retail scene. I love HomeGoods and often spend a half-hour or more just browsing, but when I need a gift or something special for an occasion, I can always find it here and almost always at a good price. The only "warning" is that you need to make sure to build in time to wait in line to pay. This place is always busy, and the line is almost always fairly long wait.

Very interesting setup. In to the right and you're in HomeGoods. In to the left and you're in TJ Maxx. Due to sharing the storefront both stores are a bit small in size. I've never made it to the left side because I get frantic looking at all the Homewood inventory. They really have a great selection of a variety of furniture, paintings, frames, office supplies, candles, kitchen items, towels, etc. I go there all the time and recommend it.

TJ Maxx: Neat, organized store with good customer service. Great finds at discounted prices. Great experience overall.

I was in a big hurry when I came in as the store was closing in 15 minutes. I ran into a problem and the staff was very polite but couldn’t help me. Then I met Ritchie who helped me out and I was able to find 3 great shirts in about 5 minutes!! Thank you!!

I love the TJ Maxx / Home Goods combo at Dulles landing. HomeGoods has so many amazing items for such great prices. TJ Maxx as well except they are lacking in the men’s apparel somewhat in my personal opinion, plus they always have the coolest gadgets in the checkout aisle

I like that this location consolidated the merchandise that otherwise would have been in both TJmaxx and Home Goods. These 2 stores appear to be separate on the outside but actually opened like 1 big store in the inside. You can go from 1 store to another without having to leave the store. For those who like to shop at both stores, you can put everything in one cart and check out at the register at Home Goods or TJMaxx. I found more things here than the other Home Goods but still need to go to different locations to see a complete collection of merchandise. I came here to look for a specific Natalina frame bit after shopping at 4 Home Goods - Cascade, Dulles, Herndon, Kingstowne - no luck.

This TJMaxx and Homegoods have a very good collection of home items and you will surely find something of your taste that meets your de or and style.
They have a lot of variety and new collection every few days/weeks.

T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods offer a diverse shopping experience with a wide range of products at discounted prices. The combination of T.J. Maxx's fashion finds and HomeGoods' home decor treasures creates an enticing one-stop-shop. The ever-changing inventory keeps visits exciting, although store organization could be improved for a more seamless browsing experience. Overall, a great destination for budget-friendly, quality goods.

They always have great deals, nice clothing, and very cute furnishings. I like salt and pepper grinders they stock. We've purchased a very cute ottoman, endtable, clothes basket, both our bedroom and closet rug, any last minute pots or pans we may need( cant beat the quality for the price), throw pillows, shower curtain,large standing mirror, a lamp that i love, and i love the selection of fine hand soaps here. They carry such a variety of unique looking products to suit many tastes. Its a perfect place when decorating the new apartment, or adding life to a bland countertop or empty space in a room.

I live close-ish so shop here semi regularly, just wanted to share my 5-star experience about Fraidion (sp) I just had this morning.. I went to look at some rugs, he was working in the section unpacking some new ones to put up.. I of course had to go back and forth between two different rugs on the two opposite sides of the big hangy thing five or six times constantlyyy getting in his way.. he was so sweet and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all, even though I know it had to be totally annoying going back and forth beside him.. then when I was finally ready and decided, he lowered, rolled it up perfectly with care, brought it to the front and even waited by the front to help me load it when I asked since I had two small children with me. Keep hiring gems like Fraidion!

Greatest finds ever. This store never fails. You wind up buying things you never thought you could. I see things I saw at big design shows. Bravo to the buyers that keep items current and relevant to styles, taste and all the fancy in between.

I appreciate all efforts to keep this place buzzing with new stock available every other day. If you live nearby no way you would not go there one day for sure.

The lines te d to be long on the weekends, but it moves on quickly. They always have a good selection when I visit.

NOTE DRESSING ROOMS CLOSE 1 HOUR EARLIER!!!!!

MANAGEMENT IS VERY HELPFUL IF YOU ASK TO TRY SOMETHING ON DURING THIS TIME THANK YOU!!!! So much more helpful and better then the other box store next door who has bad customer service.

GREAT SELECTION OF HOME ITEMS. CLOTHES SELECTION IS GOOD TOO BUT MAYBE NOT AS MUCH AS SOME OTHER LOCATIONS.

Went and found what we were looking for. First time visit for me. It was enjoyable and even though it was quite busy we were checked out quickly
