Just a city block from another Ralph's and other grocery stores, but this one is the best! Beautiful Store with Lots of Deals!!!

One thing that I found bothersome when I saw the guy at the bakery potty all the pastries in a big plastic bag to put them in a compost bin. I was shocked that they don't give their food to the homeless.

Bike and E-Bike Friendly Grocery Store! They have a smaller sized Bike Rack outside on the north side of the building near the doorway. There is a security guard here and a few security cameras near the bike rack. Clean shopping area. But a few homeless people and a few people struggling with mental health issues. I felt more than safe here myself though.

They have a great deli making sandwiches, sushi and a great selection of food

I go here for my medication. The pharmacist is always kind. She goes over any questions about new medications. She’s very patient and they help you out by scanning prescription coupons if needed.

Nice grocery selection in the store. Lines aren’t ever bad. The parking is good. You can find a spot all of the time. Sometimes it’s a little chaotic outside the store and trying to get out of the parking lot is hectic because people don’t pay attention to what they’re doing but overall nicely laid out, clean and the staff is always friendly

This review is purely for the security guard at the front door tonight 5/1. I hope if anybody from Ralph's sees this, that they will pass it along to the gentleman or his boss.

As I was walking into Ralph's tonight around 10:00, there was a disheveled homeless man eating and staring me down. Creepy. He was standing where the carts are all lined up leading to an encounter if I were to pull one. But I didn't need one. As I was walking into the door I'd noticed that the security guard had grabbed a cart and was walking it in as well.

I've continued walking and I was about halfway down the first aisle when I realized; that security guard was trying to save me from having to encounter that man and was bringing out a shopping cart for me. I thought that was so considerate. It's not his job. I'm a stranger and he went out of his way to help me.

I did thank him on the way out and acknowledged what he had done. I forgot to tell him that I didn't really even understand what had happened until I was halfway down an aisle. He called me sweet for saying this. I think that he's the sweetest one ever for being so darn foresighted and thoughtful.

Truly a gentleman and a class act.

I love the quiet heros. Little actions make a big difference. I just can't get over it.

Store is clean , managers are friendly , cashiers are fast . What else can you ask of Ralph’s ?! Self check out is amazing . It’s a local hidden gem 5 stars all the way

One of the best Ralph's in the Westside area. AMAZING selection, the store is huge and they fill it well with tons of options for all food lovers. The store is always clean and well kept up with a very friendly staff who are willing to help but don't overdo it, they stay professional. The customers who come here are also more polite and respectful than some of the nearby Ralph's which makes it all that much of a nicer experience. There are usually quite a bit of people here at any time due to the size but the organization keeps a happy flow. Prices are decent, especially as a Rewards member. Highly recommend this Ralph's for anyone looking for more options or just a nicer, more relaxed shopping experience.

The store is always neat, clean, and well stocked. The manager is friendly and hopped on a register just to check me out, even though there was only one person in front of me. They have a great clearance section as well. This is one of my favorite locations.

I had a special situation today, and the manager, Laronda, went above and beyond to accommodate me. It is nice to know I can move to an unfamiliar area and people are willing to help when they do not have to.

I always enjoy the sushi after a day fishing

All products available olive section awesome Brie cheese awesome soup sandwich’s awesome. They even have sewing needles handy!! And for sewing machines too!! Sales excellent on produce. Fish excellent especially sushi and ahi too. Shell gas on market great discounts too!!

Ralph's has perfected customer service and created a wonderful environment to shop. This is the second Ralph's grocery store I have visited and they have the same excellent salads, deli items and merchandise. But the best thing about this grocery store and all the others in their brand is they make every customer feel like they are the only one.

Such kind folks at Ralphs. I had a defective balloon from Party City with a leak and the flower & balloon lady patiently helped me find the leak and try to patch it up after it kept on deflating. We finally realized it was a lost cause, and the register folks wouldn't let me pay for the service because they felt bad for not being able to help out more and that the balloon wouldn't inflate. Thank you Ralphs for your small act of kindness!

Ralph's is probably my favourite grocery store in California because it just has Good Vibes really definitely has good prices and the hours as well are kind of important to me. I also like how they don't close the bathroom in case I need to go after 8pm and I'm shopping which can be very annoying if there is no close bathroom other than knowing in the near vicinity.. thank you Ralphs!

Best Ralph’s in the area. Always has what I need, and service is probably the fastest for a Ralph’s in the area. I go to LMU and this is the farthest of the three nearby Ralph’s in the area, but the other two aren’t nearly as nice/fast.

Never have reviewed a grocery store before but this Ralph’s is so organized and every single person I asked for help really went above and beyond. I will drive out of my way to go here for that kind of service.

Very convenient and everyone is nice there!! They provide excellent customer service and have everything us locals need for the most part. I prefer this store over the others due to there great prices and location!

Their bakery makes the best blueberry muffins. Proven by the fact that usually sell out by noon. So get there early. And don't tell anybody, or they may sell out sooner...it'll be our secret😉
