Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

One of my favorite ice cream spots in Illinois. Their cookie dough peanut butter is to die for! It’s really good quality ice cream. My one complaint is I wish their fruit flavors had more of a fresh taste and not artificial but everything else is so good

Mint chocolate chip ice cream in a waffle cup dipped in chocolate and sprinkles is the most delicious part of each visit I have here. My husband had the peanut butter sundae and he said it was to die for! Can't wait to go again!

After having a bad meal at Rock Bottom Brewery I had to improve my night. Only one way to do this. A visit to Oberweis for some fantastic ice cream. No way would anyone ever not be please with a very nice creamy flavorful ice cream creation. Its absolutely perfect.

Found this location our first night in the Chicago area, and I have to say I'm so glad! Delicious ice cream and milk, and wonderful staff! We seriously need a location here in Kansas City.

My daughters and I had a girls day and visited Oberweis Ice Cream and it was so delicious.

service was quick and food came out fast! worker Jessica Cagney was extremely helpful and both took and made my order - a vanilla milkshake with 6 cherries. My order was made perfectly, with exactly six cherries. this place is definitely a favorite for after events, as it is open so late. Jose, another worker, served my friends with a positive attitude, making the environment in the store increase greatly!

First time in this store, I made a mistake and picked organic milk instead of 2% milk, the CSR took strong initiative in replacing the exact items I wanted. The is nothing like great customer service.

I don't know what possessed me to come here seeing how I don't like ice cream but I am glad I came. The young lady they had manning the counter was the sweetest. She was so polite and even though we are wearing maskes I could feel she had the biggest smile on her face. Thank you for brightening an already beautiful day!

Great drive thru service and alawys the creamiest ice cream

I always look forward to coming to this Oberweis! I have been coming for the past three months and have never once been disappointed. I am usually always greeted by my favorite employee Hector, who always makes my sundaes perfectly :) Love this place!!!

Oberweis was clean and neat with many ice cream flavor options. They also carry white and chocolate milk, cottage cheese and sour cream... They have games you can play as a family while you sit at one of their tables and enjoy ice cream. Their Cherry Pic ice cream in the waffle cone was delicious! Terrific place!

OMG. This is the best Oberweis I have ever visited! Such lovely people with astonishing customer service, especially from Trinity. Not only Oberweis, but also the people over at That Burger Joint. Especially, Rory and Danny. Those boys made the best burger and fries I have ever tasted!

I loveeeee this Oberweis so much. The service is great, and I especially appreciated the cashier Daniel L. He was very welcoming, and so was the rest of the staff. Not to mention the ice cream was amazing. Highly recommend!!

Omg this place is amazing, the people fantastic always caring and they are trying to make your stay enjoyable. I normally wouldnt say this about an ice cream store but they are really putting in effor like one worker named Giovanna, she cared about my order and made me feel special to be at that Oberweis.

Best ice cream shop within at least 15 miles (and perhaps farther distances).

Their selection is excellent. The quality of their ice cream and ingredients is unmatched. Other places in the area just aren’t comparable.

My personal favorites have been the brownie sundae, chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, and cookie dough.

I’m not sure what ties they have with the burger place next door but it’s well placed next to it. Always eat lunch/dinner before dessert!

Been a fan of Oberweis since I was old enough to have ice cream. They’re different scoops, their selection of classics, and their friendly staff make for a consistently enjoyable experience. My wife also loved her gift card for Valentines Day.

This is the best ice cream I have ever had. They have a wide variety of flavors, and they are all good. The milk is phenomenal-the only problem was that I could not being myself to drink regular milk after getting used to Oberweis while milk! It is pricier than some other places, but the quality of the ice cream and milk makes it worth it. They also do home delivery!
