Always super helpful staff. I’m a novice at everything handy and they’re never condescending. The best part is, if they don’t know…. they just say that instead of sending you on a wild goose chase.

Had my Homelite 2cc gas powered trimmer serviced at Godwin's Ada Hardware recently and it has NEVER run so good-- even brand new out of the box! Never ran this good! Very modest bench fee (deposit) of $30 which is applied towards the repair. Total bill was very reasonable. Thank-you so much!

Stopped in to get 2 cycle oil and look around. The Gorilla carts always catch my eye. Friendly staff, had a great conversation with another customer and enjoyed looking around. It is a perfect small town hardware store! I will be back even if I have to park at the church because there's nowhere else that will fit my trailer. 🙌

Their repair facility was a 15 out of 10. In other words they were freaking awesome!!!! promptly fixed my rototiller with no fuss no muss when other places from Lowell to Grand Rapids couldn't touch it or didn't want to touch it would take 6 to 8 weeks they fixed it in two and a half weeks.

They have now earned my future small engine repair business!!!!

The two gentlemen working were very professional and knowledgeable. They cut the glass for my frames quickly and helped bring my purchases out to my car because my hands were full. Give this store your business, you will not be disappointed.

Picked up an online order for a Stihl product and not only had they filled it with gas and started it to make sure it was operational, but they also went ahead and registered the warranty for me. Wow. Very impressed and will buy from them again.
