Was in to look at washing machines and found a few of interested and was given the information I needed. Also had a few more questions and I left Lowe's with a much better idea of what I was planning. I've been going to Lowe's and always impressed with their help.

When to the Kentwood Lowe’s and bought all new appliances! Stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Had to make some adjustments to our order, (fridge would not fit.) and we had to change some connectors. Lowe’s c/s was so good about everything my returns exchanges seamless. It was welcomed with all the stress of moving.
Thank you to the dark haired young man in appliances (sorry didn’t remember your name:( ) very knowledgeable, and nice. Also you have a great store manager ( Stephen Sidlosky) he helped when the department was busy. He seems to be well liked by his staff. Shows good leadership. Hang on to him!

Lowe's is always the place to go when you need help or have questions. They have fabulous staff and are always so helpful. Great prices are a bonus!

Good customer service. Kourtney was great. I bought a microwave 4- n-1 unit. It was on sale and so far it's still working.

Today I had to return very heavy boxes of flooring to the Kentwood store and choose a different flooring. Matt the assistant manager went out of his way to find the correct product and made my exchange go smoothly including loading it. He delayed his lunch in order to help me with out complaint. Thank you Matt for such great service. Lowes is my new favorite home improvement store.

Best Lowes experience ever! On March 23rd 2023, my father and I were in need of Butcher block for a kitchen renovation. We first went to the Plainfield store and they called this store to ensure they had all the sizes we needed. Upon arriving in the kitchens department, we told them who we were and they pulled all the butcher block out and put in on the cart. They scanned, took payment and then proceeded to take a the items to my car and loaded it.
I really wish I could remember the two gentlemen who helped us, but regardless they were awesome!

I always get great help at this location. Doug went out of his way to find me an item I was looking for, and even got it off a pallet where it buried, then found us later to make sure we got it before we left. We also came by in December to buy a new Washer and Dryer and a guy, whose name I can't remember, made sure we were very well taken care of.

Huge store so many things to buy and lots of choices for any home improvement you will ever need.

This afternoon I visited Lowe’s and had already looked on the website to know where to find the products I was looking to purchase. I was looking to get wood boards cut for a cabinet. I asked the cashier where to go and she kindly directed me to the back. After pushing the button for assistance, Wyatt right away offered to help me. The boards I was looking to get cut were prepackaged boards he couldn’t cut, so he directed me to another aisle to find boards that would work that he could cut down to the measurements I needed. And, he had cut them quickly and perfectly! I got them home, sanded down the edges, and they are a perfect fit to my cabinet. Wyatt made this project of mine a quick success, and I am very grateful for his service and offering to help me find a perfect solution! Thank you!

Easy to find things you need and there are always workers ready to help! Was there looking at some other things to add to my electric collection of yard tools.

Great customer service, I was guided to part i needed quickly and accurately. They even had the exact part I was replacing, not super important but very appreciated nonetheless. They have just about every home improvement/maintenance part or tool you'll need.

Lowes always has exactly what I need and things I can not find elsewhere.

Steve in the kitchen design team provided great service! He was professional and very helpful walking us through the kitchen design and ordering process. If I have other kitchen needs I will be back because of his great expertise!

Ryan helped us out immeasurably picking out ceiling lighting for our upcoming project.

We ordered these real adarondeck chairs online a couple weeks ago. Paid >$100 for shipping to our house in Comstock Park. Got an email they were at the Kentwood store. Did we want to receive them Monday or save the shipping and pick them up? Since it was only a 20 minute drive.... Puck them up in time for guests on Fathers Day!

I had a fabulous experience. I bought a front door and a storm door from Don who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And matched some screws . The young lady who helped me also extremely helpful and she talked to me about door knobs too. I left Very happy when I left there!
