Dave & Buster's Kentwood

I recommend this place for food and fun for ADULTS mostly ok you can take the kids to😁 Amazing food, drinks and staff. I had salmon green beans mash potatoes. Only thing I'd say is they don't need so much butter on mash potatoes. BF had the bacon burger. If you live in Grand Rapids and wonder WHERE'S THE BEEF, IT'S AT DAVE AND BUSTERS. Games are amazing. Armando was our great waiter, very personable! Let's get to the ADULT DRINKS, let's just say they are greeeaaat drinks! And yes women they have cheap JELLO SHOTS yum yum! I DEFINITELY recommend Dave and Busters for a great time out!

Went on a Sunday morning. It was great. Kids had a blast and the place was pretty much empty. Haven't been in a while so the new menu was not what I remember. I missed the sampler appetizer! Lots of new games. Only downfall was the family bathroom was out of toilet paper 🤦🤦 at 10 am on a Sunday that should have been checked and stocked the night before or morning of. Does that mean they didn't even clean it after a busy Saturday night?

kids loved this place! been back a couple of times and they always have fun. Food a bit expensive but kids like it here.

Food was pretty good, I would give it 4 out of 5. I had a burger and upgraded fries to truffle fires. I wouldn’t recommend that, the regular fries are better. Service was really good, only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was you could tell our food sat for a while before it was brought out, might be why the truffle fries weren’t good.

2/11/2024, I sat at the bar to enjoy a couple beers and food. Every time I come here, service and food are absolutely top notch. This time I ordered the double pepperoni Flatbread and Carolina BBQ bone-in wings with fries. Everything so absolutely delicious and perfect. Odette was my bartender/server, absolutely on her game and very friendly. Highly recommend coming here.

I had an exceptional experience with them today going above and beyond to make sure my dietary restrictions were met. At our table we had several different food restrictions and they were more careful, open, and thorough than any restaurant I have been to before.
My particular dietary needs are ones I have had my entire life, so it is really saying something to say they were the best. I was very impressed and would recommend them to any vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, or allergen customers. The games were great, too!

I usually go to this D&B location to play pump it up. The machine condition is good but the player 2 side needs to get the sensors fixed. Also, the current version of the machine is now offline, I am no longer able to login to the machine whenever I play. Overall, I really like to play the pump it up machine at this D&B location but the machine needs to get new version of the game, which is pump it up 2023 Phoenix so the other player who has AM Pass card can login to the game and use the online feature of the game, and the pad needs to get new sensors in order to enhance the experience of the game.

I've never been there b4 so both my kids, myself, my husband, my daughter's boyfriend, and sons best friend all went and had the best time ever. I called off of work just to go. Lol. Plus my son's best friends birthday was 3 days prior to all of us going, so we told him we had a surprise for his birthday. Dave and Buster's was awesome!!

I always love going to Dave and Busters with friends and family for an exciting time, whether it's out for games and beers to a celebration of time well spent together. I love D&B!

For a Thursday afternoon, they were busy and unstaffed. However, that didn't stop the team from being amazing and taking great care of the customers!
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The manager took our order without writing anything down- we were worried that something would come out wrong....but everything was just as we ordered and so tasty.

Good food and a great energy within this place! Each time I come here, the food is very consistent, and the games are updated frequently. Would recommend coming here for a date night or a family outing, it's uplifting and a ton of fun!

My wife and I celebrated our 5-year wedding anniversary at Dave and Buster's, and it was fantastic!

Christian, our server in the restaurant, was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He offered good insights and suggestions. We were very glad he was our server!

The food was first-class! We were really impressed with both the stellar quality of the food, in both flavor and presentation, and the very reasonable prices!!

The arcade is quite good. Mostly redemption games, but I understand that's what most people want. I got 1000 tix as the major prize on MegaStacker, but I failed to destroy the Death Star in the Star Wars battle pod.

We were disappointed that the photo booth, World's Largest Pac-Man, and Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots were out of order, but there were plenty of other fun things to do.

I highly recommend this D&B to anyone looking for a delicious meal and/or a fun time!

not very happy,got ripped off $50 tonight from their reload and it charged my card but didnt upload Talked to manager and nothing could be done according to her. Also got 2 games that wouldn't load our points. Not happy,not a very nice thing for my granddaughters to witness. Shame ALSO I did not give them 5 stars like they said

This place has a huge round bar and the bartender was very friendly. Mr family and I had a great time!! My girlfriend and I were able to have a couple drinks for her birthday as we watched the kids play games. My girlfriend and I also played a few games. They have games for adults and kids. You have to purchase game cards for the machines. Each card is $4.00 then you put money on them to play games. It's not cheap by no means. But it's a good time. A family of four should expect to spend around $100.00. Food around $60.00. Drinks depends on what you drink. It's a great time to go on special occasions because it is expensive. But if it's just a couple going, it would not be expensive.. only if you have a family of four or greater it would be. The food is really good. I ordered the Philly cheese sliders, Mac and cheese, bacon burger and boneless chicken. All was very good but the fries were really good and crispy. The bartender was very friendly and the waiter was really fast and very friendly as well. All in all it was a very fun time for all of us for going the very first time. You have to ware your mask while playing games and you can bring your drink on the game floor. You move your mask down to drink. It wasn't that bad at all, because it's the new norm, so it was not a big deal at all. Never really thought about it actually, so the was wearing wasn't a big deal. You do not have to wear a mask while sitting. They also have chairs by the bar. Plenty of sports TV's all over to watch all sports. Enjoy... it really is a cool place!!!!

Excellent atmosphere. Well set up for a restaurant. Probably the best I've seen. It's cozy no matter where you are in the place and it's always busy and always loud. Lots of video games for the kid and the kid in you.

Fantastic fun for my family, and the food was fantastic. Our server Alejandro was excellent, can't say enough about how good the service was. The manager Bernard even stopped by and was very nice. Definitely a new destination for my family once I get past my budgetary priorities as it was a little out of my ordinary price range.
I highly recommend this establishment.

Though the wait to be seated wasn't too long maybe 10 min the wait to be served could have been 45min, and unfortunately it was for some around us. That said we had an amazing server who wasn't even supposed to work our table take care of us, and he did an amazing job. All in all food was great, so was the games.

Love coming here. It's my go-to spot whenever I'm in Grand Rapids. Marty is super cool bartender. Always recognizes me & knows my drinks

Brought our daughter here for her thirtieth birthday tonight, and we all had an amazing time. The food was delicious and the games are tons of fun. We will definitely be back!
