Definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish. I was greeted at the door by Michael Milanowski. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Michael was very professional and not pushy in any way. He helped me pick out the perfect pieces to complete my spare bedroom face lift. Michael is definitely an asset to the Ashley Team.

I also love the fact that Ashley honors and respects our country's veterans. They absolutely go above and beyond to make the whole experience top notch. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

The sales staff at the Ashley Home Store were absolutely fantastic. We were not pressured into a sale, but were informed of all of our options for our purchase. We had to leave the store to take additional measurements of our living room but made very certain to come back to make the purchase. We were very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of our sales professional and it was an over great experience.

Our experience at this particular Ashley store was top notch! We spent the day driving around to several furniture stores looking for our perfect couch. Every store we stopped at we were dissatisfied with the level of customer service. We were about to drop thousands of dollars on a couch and as customers we felt like we deserved a warm welcome and the proper attention.
We didn't feel that anywhere, until we were greeted by Cody at the Ashley Store in Grand Rapids! He was available, informative, and extremely kind. He didn't push but answered all of our questions and helped us work a great couch into the space we needed it to fit. By the end of the sale we were feeling great and taken care of. We are still awaiting our beautiful couch, and we are so excited for its arrival! We would definitely recommend this Ashley location and we appreciate Cody and every other employee that made sure we were satisfied with our experience. We will be back for any future furniture needs!!

The experience was at Ashley Home Store was excellent. From the time I pulled into the driveway and got to park in a spot specifically for veterans was nice. Mike was very helpful in helping us figure what would work best for our needs. It was also a nice touch to honor the veterans by banging a gong a the associates would come out to shake your hand. Michael was awesome to work with. He greeted us when we walked in and gave us our space to browse around. He checked in on us at appropriate times, and provided a lot of insight and knowledge on the sectional couches we were interested in. We are very happy he was able to help us make the decision on our new couch.

I went to several furniture stores on the same day and I found Ashley to be the easiest and most professional to work with. Mike Barnes was very patient while my husband and I weeded through many possibilities. I actually made three trips there and he worked with me to get to the final decision. Kudos to Mike!! I had an outstanding experience with Michael (the one with suspenders) at Ashley. Michael went above and beyond, taking the time to guide us through various sectionals, providing detailed insights into each one’s pros and cons, and explaining payment options and post-purchase customer support in meticulous detail. He never pressured us and allowed ample space for decision-making. When it came down to the final two options, he facilitated the process of choosing the right one.

Additionally, Michael discussed long-term considerations, such as what to do if the sectional were to be discontinued. The entire staff at the store was friendly, and they even offered amenities and treats! I highly appreciate their exceptional service. I’ll certainly be back!

Tyson was great to work with! He did not seem like a salesperson at all. He took time to figure out exactly what I needed. Every sectional he suggested was a great option and he really helped me narrow it down to the perfect choice. It felt like I was shopping with a friend who had my best interest in mind. He gave me the right amount of time/space to think and browse and he seemed to magically appear when I needed him. He was never overbearing but I never had to go looking for him either. We worked with Michael and he was great! Didn’t follow us around the store and make us feel like we needed to make a purchase, but made sure we knew where to find him if and when we were ready. Once we found what we were looking for he made sure we got their best deal available and made sure we understood the entire process that was to follow once our purchase was complete.

We were thrilled with our recent experience at Ashley Home Furniture (the Kentwood, MI location). Serena was our sales representative and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will certainly be returning in the future because of the wonderful customer service she offered.

I went to Ashley’s for the first time today, we were looking for a new sectional. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Wendy. She was SO kind, gave me space while I was browsing but always just close enough that I could find her when I had questions. She was so patient, I had her write up and price up a few different configurations and she assured me she wanted to find me what was going to fit just right for us, and never complained that I was asking for to much. We made our way to 4 stores total for the day and are so happy we purchased with Ashley’s!

Michael was extremely helpful walking me through all my options. My target was find the right sofa for my new downtown apartment and a dresser for my bedroom. That target was met along with finding a cool bookshelf and entry seat which will further add to the right look of my new place. Michael was the right balance of listening to my requirements offer solutions and not over selling. Thx Michael
