Untied LA

I went to Untied L.A. because I follow a sneaker YouTube influencer who highly recommended the store. I can see why the influencer speaks highly of the store. The owner greeted me right away and answered every question I had. He even let me know that some sneakers I have been seeking could be ordered for me if I chose to purchase them in the near future. Untied LA has a great selection of sneakers and I was able to find the Nike Dunk High Clot Flux, a sneaker on my list of wants. Furthermore, staff was courteous enough to authenticate some AJ1’s I had bought at another location. Thank you Untied L.A.

When I first walked into this store, I was amazed by the huge selection of shoes and especially the clothes they had. Right away the staff greeted me and answered any questions I had. They didn’t have my size for a Nike shoe that I wanted but they were able to get my size within a day and I was very satisfied! This is a shoe store that you must check out!

It’s not often that you find a RESELL shop with such variety. The staff is actually interested in their job - they come up to you, greet you, and make sure you feel like a valuable customer. Unlike most shops, Untied LA has my business. Customer service, selection, atmosphere - all on point! Will definitely come here again.

The employees were so rude whenever I had a question they would always sigh and be rude. It was a unpleasent experience and they were taxin on everything. I tried selling to them and instead of being nice about saying no they strightup said no we would never buy this.
