Family Dollar

I've been to many Family Dollars, and this is one of the most cleanest and organized ones I've ever been to. The manager is very helpful very considerate and also the employees are the best at there job. I've been to other Family Dollars but this one is at the top of my list. Definitely recommend to anyone that's in the area.

The staff in here are completely wonderful. It pays to have great customer service. This is my Family Dollar home store now! Carmen and her staff keeps the store clean and organized while providing superior service. Thanks now a faithful customer of this location.

My Experience was good just came for cat food, very happy with the stock, I usually go to Hammond but recently they haven't stocked their shelf's for the last month

No matter what any of these employees and or management may go through here, they always make sure and try to ensure customer satisfaction, with myself included, and make your shopping experience feel great here. Rather it be just asking if you need something or to just having a short friendly convo with you, you are always greeted with a friendly "hello" from the time you walk in, and a "have a great day", from the time you leave. Not every staff/management (unless your employed by the hiltons or something), will always 100% have the best attitude, I mean these employees do go through things just as much as customers do but they sure do try at this location!! As much as customers don't put stuff back or just give unnecessary attitude like if this location doesn't have something there looking for like an Indiana location may have or is just simply out, the assistants and employees always try to help them find something equivalent to what there looking for, if not something better! Everytime I shop here the staff is always so helpful. They are always stocking, cleaning, and or ringing up a customer! I've even seen employees give up there breaks or come back early just to help ring. Keep up the great work 1860, I will always remember yous!!!
