Walmart Supercenter

They always have a good selection of most of the items I want or need and some specialty items.

I ordered online and picked up my item. it didn't take him no time to bring it out, once I let him know that I was there. his service was great

Still waiting on my Walmart tax return all the money they get from me. Always a good experience. 😁

We stopped to pickup something's. It was my first time in this store. My boyfriend's lives in the vicinity.
As we strolled down the isles, there was a lot of clutter in them.
The workers were more interested in their phones than clearing the clutter from the isles.

So we got what we needed and headed towards the front to check out.

There was one person standing upfront, where they usually have 2-3 people watching everyone.
At least at the Walmart I usually go to has 3-5 people watching everyone. As we were walking out, there was a young man checking out people's receipts, like they do at big wearhouse stores.
That was a new experience for myself, as I never been to a Walmart that done this.
So yes I was surprised.
I think that is a great thing to do, not only does it help prevent theft, it can prevent trouble coming in the store. I would hope they would know what to do in any matter of trouble. My thinking of course!
I hope the manager reading this, already knows that about that position of door greater? If not it's something that should be addressed.

Would I go back to this store?
I'm not sure, I honestly can say.

I just got the worst customer service in the world!!! Not only are there multiple associates on the floor, not one of them were helpful in the store. There are several items that are out of place on the shelves and I just happened to get one of them. The items in question are 21 in carry on luggage. The items are labeled by associates and the tags are in place, but the wrong things are in their place. After talking to several zone leaders, I finally got one of them to the register for verification. NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME OUT WITH MY PROBLEM! I'm very disappointed in the service that was provided by your company. Not only did they not want to honor the price difference, but they treated me as if I was actually doing something wrong by bringing it to their attention. I don't hang tags and placards anymore, but I have over 15 years of retail experience. This situation needs to be rectified immediately. Overall, I normally have a good time when I frequent this location. Is there anything that can be done for me? Will big box stores just ignore its consumers?

Had a good experience yesterday at walmart. Found everything I needed and I even found a sweet watermelon. So if you are looking for a sweet watermelon, go to walmart.

Back here at Walmart, I am letting my elderly 80 year old mom who wasn't feeling well and off balance out in front of the door. I waited until she could get a basket and be alright before I pulled off to park the car. When a toy cop indiana police officer knocked on my window and started yelling at me to move the vehicle without letting me explain what I was doing. I moved and parked. But I noticed he didn't write a ticket for the car who was parked on the yellow line by the handicap space nor did he try to see whoever it was at the end of the parking lot that was causing an alarm to go off. Be careful of this heavy set middle-aged Hispanic young man. He has no manner or empathy.🤦‍♀🤷‍♀need better security here! Here is a picture of his vehicle.

I appreciate the workers here they helped me and they aren’t as rude as the ones who work at the cabelas Walmart

It was all you would expect from a Walmart; big, wall to wall products, clean, well organized and well lit.

This is my favorite store myself and my family and friends stay going to Walmart.

I can always find what I need at a cheaper price. Dog food, pet supplies and anything eeded in the household.

Not compared to the other Walmart I've been to in Chicago. I hope they keep this one open for good. It was nicely stocked. Employees actually helped and weren't snappy. Will definitely come again since I live close to the area now.

Since they close the one on 83rd Stewart... I have been coming here awesome customer service each time I come.. thank you .. they are a team ...

Almost no cashiers, pretty much entirely self checkout. I hate that lol but I prefer this Walmart over any in Chicago. Also, the bathrooms are beautiful. Fanciest bathrooms I have seen.

I actually went there with my daughter for a few things!?..I haven't been to Walmart since the virus started over a year ago,so we came out of the store with the cart overflowing,but I Love Walmart and they have a great selection to choose from,just wear your masks and leave the kiddies ❤at home,expect to be there awhile. It's a great store great selection pretty crowded just be patient,everyone has to shop..Just Smile and do you😁😜.Have an awesome day.AND I ACTUALLY CAME OUT WITH MY NEW BABY...🤣😍

The store is in an convenient location.
The product is always fresh. However, the staff need to be more attentive to the customers than interacting with each other. I've experienced calling the staff person three time before she responded. I had to raise my voice. She then turn around with an attitude as if I'm disturbing her. This has happened to many time.

Easy access from U.S. 31 or Southport or Shelby St. Facemasks not required to come in but is required for getting vaccinated. Moderna Vaccine is available for walk-ins or appointment in the pharmacy. Pharmacy is open 7 days a week. Closes at 7pm daily (except Sunday Closes at 6pm) and also for Pharmacist lunch everyday from 1:30-2pm.
