They have grate stuff grate prices,and even the bathroom was clean ,check out is good no long waits, lots of parking for everyone.

I just was at the Big Lots in Augusta, Maine. Rick, one of the staff, was helping me big time and he answered the phone. I could tell someone told him he was rude and I was right. Just to set the record straight, I was standing right in front of him and he WASN'T rude. He certainly helped me many times over.

Found the perfect dining servant a great price

I was happy to find the bird food that I haven't be able to get other places as they have been out. I also found the suet my woodpeckers are most fond and are use to having available to them. I was happy to find the bird seeds and the suet that I was looking for over the last week. Thanks for getting me checked out quickly as well.

I love this store. It has such a variety of great quality items, reasonably priced! The employees are always so helpful and welcoming.

My husband and I went here today and a gentleman named Josh greeted us upon arrival, he was very pleasant and friendly. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Josh has a great attitude and I wish there were more people like him in the retail industry!!

They have great bargains on name brand products, top quality Personal Care items are third of the price than anywhere else I have seen. Even the cover-up I use which is typically $16 at any other store, was on sale for $3.50! Normal size normal container and everything was the same as it would have been if buying it anywhere else.

Lots of items to discover. They literally have everything but meat and produce. But it's ok, Shaws is in the same plaza. Need some movies to tide you over? This is the place to find something that appeals to everyone. Seasonal items are always great and you can't find a better place for home furniture on the cheap. When they offer high end electronics, like TV's and soundbars... This is the place to go. It isn't as frequently as I would like, but totally worth it when they do. The staff at this location have always been good to me. I will continue to do business with them and highly recommend them to others.

Super fun place to shop, great deals too, and very clean, but the part that takes this store to where I wish I could choose Ten stars is the employees. My associate at cash out was not only efficient and helpful but she was cheerful with a great sense of humor and her personal hygiene completely without complaint!! I am NOT a germaphobe, but dirty unpleasant smelling individuals gross me out, I mean this womans nails were clean and even her hair by the roots was that light, feathery shine that tells you bathing is a regular occurence even if the slightly fruity/almost tropical scent hadn't clued me in. So ye-ah, worth the trip. 😉

I visited this Big Lots store in search of furniture . The young man in the department who assisted me, Josh, went above and beyond to give me perfect customer service. He helped me to find what I was looking for, and even brainstormed storage ideas with me, showing me multiple products that might fit my needs. And he did it all cheerfully and with a great attitude. i hope Big Lots realizes what a gem they have in this employee. He made my purchasing decision easy and pleasant.

Big Lots is a great go to for groceries (great specialty selections) and household items. Check back often for those great items nobody else seems to have. Big Lots reminds me of how department stores used to be when I was a kid. Check it out.

One of the best places to buy bedroom sheet sets with matching quilts and shams. I have purchased several for my home and camper. They have many other wonderful things to choose from as well. I always enjoy this store.

Most people know about Mardens but Big lots is a clean , brightly lit store that has a lot of discounted products. I was pleasantly surprised.
