I've been using Cricket Wireless since they first started never had any problems with anything phone service in fact some of these big iPhones I get better service with Cricket will not change my phone service that's for sure very happy thank you Cricket for your great services

My family and I stopped by to get new phones. We were upgrading and porting numbers over from another carrier. Marquis acknowledged us as he was already engaged with another customer. Our transaction was not an easy one and there were some issues with inventory as one of the phones my daughter really wanted was not in stock not to mention the store was closing in about 30 minutes. Marquis was very patient and professional the whole time we were there and the smile he maintained was infectious. He took the disappointments and turned them into a positive by locating our phones at another location and following up with us the next day so that my daughter could get the phone she wanted. I can't thank him or praise him enough on this review. He really went above and beyond. All customer service and sales reps need to take notes from Marquis because he knows how to make the customer feel like they are the number one priority. I hope Cricket keeps him around for a long time.

Went into this cricket to get my boyfriends nephew a new phone for his birthday. Marquis was great. He helped us find the perfect phone and got us a great deal for our phone service. He had a great personality and was very friendly. I highly recommend coming to this location. You won’t leave disappointed or unhappy.

Store Manger Brandy is brilliant! She is absolutely wonderful and always helpful to me and my family with all of our needs. Brandy always goes out of her way to help no matter what, even drives to other stores to get the phones that we want if they don't have them. She even offered to help customize our new phones with some type of phone skin ! HIGHLY RECCOMND HER AND HER STORE!!!!!!!!!!! 10 OUT OF 10 BABY!

I had an issue that even the Cricket customer service could not fix. I called Bellevue because they were open. I went to the store and this gentelman named Angelo took over. I locked my phone with a password and forgot the password. It takes Bill Gaye's to unlock the phone. Angelo actually watched 3 videos, then fixed my phone. Genius kid.
