I visited CVS today (Slauson and Overhill location.) There was a misunderstanding concerning my son’s appt. with one of the staff members & the pharmacist really saved the day for us. She was professional and friendly and worked calmly to come up with a solution. I was impressed with her diligence. She’s truly an asset to this location and the only way to successfully manage this pharmacy dept. is with her in the driver seat. Thank you for all that you do!

I enjoy going to this store to pick up my prescription over all the other CVS in the area. True the stair way could use a good power wash. It really feel like a neighborhood store.

Why 5 stars??? Because Leanne and Chelsea are the dream team at this CVS phamacy location. They give such great smiles and customer service. Issues??? They solve it for you!!! I love it.

other than being close to where I stay Ive never had any issues....the staff is really friendly....when ever i request something they've always try to go out of their way to provide whatever Im requesting.......the only bad thing I can really say is there's always this bum sitting at the bus stop right in front of CVS.........And his feet stink really bad so bad that when ever I walk into the CVS I get a whiff of his raunchy stinky feet......but other than that i dont think its a over all bad reflection on the store.......theyer customer service over the phone and in person is really friendly

The parking lot and the surrounding area is kind of sketchy but the store itself is good and everything is easy to find
