Awesome store with great personality. Environment was nice and they were playing awesome music. I was in and out really fast. I actually wanted to sit back for a while because the atomosphere was very relaxing.

Customer service is expectacular. Today I went with my mother in law because I give her my previous cellphone to her. One of the ladies help her to transfer her contacts to the new cell. I was impress with the customer service. So polite, friendly and even help us to recover my mother's in law gmail. I'm grateful of her kindness because my mother on law really need to upgrade her phone.

Got us all set up in less than 30 minutes. The service / signal has been perfectly fine. We switched from Verizon paying $270 a month for 2 phones and the medium data plan. Now we pay less than $90 per month for unlimited data and $20 of that is for insurance.

The staff here is amazing! They’re extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had an excellent experience with Cinthia- she was very polite. I will return to this location for all my cricket needs 👍

Friendly people work here. We needed a replacement. They didn't have the phone we wanted, but a better one was in stock. The employees were super friendly and helpful.
