AT&T Store

Went to my boy Brad and he got me and my wife switched over to att. He was very helpful and patient with both of us and made sure we had the best deals. Definitely recommend going to this store. They will get you what you need!

After visiting other AT&T stores, I’ll never step foot in another one that isn’t this place. Brad the manager took care of my complicated, multi-phone issue quicker and more effectively than I thought possible.

Just Amazing this by far is my favorite store God bless these employees . Great personnel with a great smile, very nice and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my phone that in the ATT store in loughman crossing 17-92 store couldn’t do anything about my situation even trying to charge me and here completely free they resolved the issue Immediately, thank you Nelly , Slade and Brad the employees in this store are amazing. Had to come twice to the store and the exact same result Great customer service.

Your representative Slade was very personable and effective. He handled my transaction with speed and efficiency. It was a pleasure for me and I will be back.

I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. I must say that the customer service I received today was Awesome!! The AT&T representative, Brad, was truly great. He was personable and attentive. Even though the store was busy, he ALWAYS had a smile on his face, and made me feel like I was his most important and special customer of the day! More than satisfied with the great service my husband and I received. It was seamless and we were taken care of. This is now MY AT&T store!! This is a great location. The staff is great, very knowledgeable and attentive. Carlos was great, helped me in 10 minutes to get my watch synced with my number which another store couldn't do in almost an hour and a half! This is where you need to get all your mobile services taken care of.

Recently went to this store needing help and was greeted immediately by store rep Carlos, who was amazing and very helpful the entire time, he really made my day based on his customer service and the care he put directly into my needs! Definitely made the trip worth while!

This store in Davenport Florida is really friendly and are very knowledgeable about what they are doing.

Luis was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He also was able to assist multiple other customers at the same time. I am glad he was the one that assisted me when I entered the store. I have been an AT&T customer for over 25 years and it's because of guys like Luis. Thanks Luis for all your help. This was such a great experience. Marcus is amazing. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the sale. The level of customer experience I received here was better than any other wireless experience I have EVER had. I needed to go back for a replacement issue and was treated with the exact same respect, kindness, and care, as someone making a brand new purchase. I am so impressed! I won't shop anywhere else for my wireless service needs.

Marcus went above and beyond in helping select a new phone, transferring, screen protector and explaining how to trade in. I have been an At&T customer for 20 years and that was one of the best customer service experience. Highly recommend this store and their team! Thank you!

Outstanding service provided by employee and very knowledgeable

Marcus and the other fellow workers were amazing! I went in on an extremely busy day (with one or two not so nice ppl), but all of them remained professional and courteous. Marcus made sure that I knew all the info regarding my trade in and answered all my questions! So pleasant to have had him help me!

I came into the store with a broken phone, and Kyle was very patient with me. He went over all of my options after he analyzed my plan. He was able to get me a new phone and rework my plan to keep my bill where I was comfortable paying. He then took the time to reset my google password to get back some of my contacts and pictures, and gave me a tutorial on the new phone. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to Kyle’s store.

I came in today to pick up a new phone.
Danny and Nick greeted me as soon as I came in. They were very nice and very informative. At the end I walked out with a new iPhone and a great case to go along.
I will definitely bring my family here to switch.
The service and staff was great!

Raynard was super helpful and patient with my husband and I. We bought a new phone and he helped transfer all the information from our old phone to our new phone and it took a while. It was great to talk with him while we waited! He was highly knowledgeable about Apple and Android products. We will definitely be back again for future phone purchases!

The team here is outstanding, I came in with a broken phone and was able to get into a new one with all my stuff transferred. The manager even helped me with lowering my TV bill and getting me $250 in Visa rewards cards.
