AT&T Store

Shout out to representative Mahlon and the team for the exceptional customer service! I went to the AT&T store on Rt 10 in East Hanover to upgrade my plan and phone and received great service. Mahlon was very professional, courteous and helpful. The team went over in detail the types of service plan and phones which would be best for me and my family. The team provided support with the upgrades and answered any questions we had.

Denise is super fast and professional , she knows what she is doing and understand our need, she compared our outdated grandfathered plan, find us cost-saving and proposed a even better plan with more reasonable price. We really enjoy the visit. By the way the store is clean and warm in the snowing season , 5 stars.

Monica was incredible! She came to my shop to set up my new account and was completely about keeping me and my business running with no intereuption. She came out to both set up account and when phones were delivered to set them up and move all our information over. She takes great care in accommodating her customers and I highly recommend her for any business thinking or making a move to AT&T.

Jesse was the young man who was able to replace my screen saver when it was accidentally dropped . Fortunately, there is no damage to my phone as it is new. He was very helpful and professional.

The At&T Store on Route 10 was amazing. Both employees were friendly, helpful and efficient. Was the best cell phone experience I have ever had. We were upgrading 2 cell phones on our plan. Will definitely go back to this store and this store only!

Talk about blown away. From the second I entered this store the experience was amazing. First Hakeem and his staff greeted me immediately when I entered the store! Very friendly group! After some small talk about the NBA playoffs with these guys I got down to my reason for the visit which was an upgrade that I wanted to surprise my wife with. Not only did Hakeem recommend an awesome iPhone upgrade for my wife he also recommended the Apple Watch as an added surprise for my wife! She’s very into fitness and the watch will definitely help her track that. Needless to say I got the upgrade, the Apple Watch, a new case for the phone, a screen protector and a new case for myself while I was there. All together this was one of the cleanest, friendliest, professional, informative stores that I have ever visited. I told Hakeem he has a customer for life here. I will only come to his store from now on for all my phone needs! Excellent customer wish I could give 100 stars here!!!

I'm not sure how you can improve your service. Mahlon was courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. His cheerful demeanor impressed the grandkids and myself. Keep up the great customer service!

This is the best AT&T store! Everyone here are very nice and professional. As soon as I walk in , I get acknowledged and get helped right away. They always do their best to help people even on busy days. I don’t go nowhere else because I don’t get the same treatment. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get the best deals and good service! I’m happy with the service provided.Thanks guys! I will be returning to purchase a tablet. : )

I was sent to the East Hanover AT&T after I had some trouble getting my phone set up at Best Buy. Lorren helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful! She went through all options possible to fix the issue and very quickly too. It was a total breeze and breath of fresh air having her help me out after a long day of bad luck! 1000% recommend seeing Lorren!
