Workers are nice as frick that’s it just nice that’s the important part they also are funny sometimes

Stopped by to get few things while I was waiting for pizza from next door. I wish I got the name of the dude behind the counter but I was pleasantly surprised how genuinly welcoming, professional and friendly he was. Kudos to him!

I am in the store several times a week and it’s always clean and staff is always great. My only minor gripe is they don’t always have Coke Zero in stock which is they main thing I go in for.

Favorite store! I spend about $300 a month on coffee & drinks. This store , out of the 7 stores in this area is the only one that is ALWAYS stocked with creamer in a can... Hate those stupid packets & can't do the little tubs of liquid creamer. (The most convenient plaid "Cornell & Murray" is always out!)

Went in to pick up menthol Juul cartridges to balance out the regulars. They can be strong! Wound up speaking with Morgan behind the counter who suggested mint flavor since they didnt have the menthol in two packs. We both felt the higher percentages were too jarring. He pointed me towards mint. It was perfect! So glad my neighborhood Plaid guy was there to give me suggestions. I have lived around the corner for two years and have always been treated kindly by all the employees who work here. Thanks so much! It made my great day perfect.

Clean and Friendly

Nice Plaid Pantry. The staff here is great and they have worked here for a while so it's nice to see the same people that treat you right. Prices are fair compared to the rest of the convenience stores

The person behind the counter barely spoke English. Seemed like a nice lady - just not able to do the job
The line took at least 15 minutes on a Sunday morning because she didn’t know how to do the process the guy wanted before me
I was there to cash in lottery tickets and get new ones
I managed to walk out with the wrong tickets AND faulty change.
So just be aware, count your money before you leave, check your purchases…or go somewhere else

Manager was an A hole. Said what I wanted to buy wasn't for sale and they couldn't even scan it. Why would you have something in your store you can't buy? Ridiculous. Won't be coming back.

The young gal working was extremely rude. Felt like I was bothering her by being there.
