Jacksons Food Stores

There is one girl that works here, is so helpful & nice. Her name is Rashelle and she deserves a raise! She is always so kind and helpful even when it's slammed busy? She remains courteous and keeps her sweet disposition. Should be more convince store workers like her.

This is by far the nicest Jackson's Store in Portland! It's large, so clean and fully stocked with all those things we need! The staff is friendly and helpful--gave directions, washed my windshield, and though it was busy, quickly got us cashed out and on our way. So worth the stop.

I love this Jackson's store the best. Staff are awesome and friendly.

The long haired guy just stared at me when I went in to prepay. Totally not suited for interacting with other humans. I left and NEVER going back.

Safety: Zero.
Their gas attendants don't bother wearing a mask during the pandemic to keep their customers safe. We recently pumped gas there and the attendant was wearing a mask.......under her chin. She was overall nice and pleasant, but she came up to the car, mask less, and spoke very close to my face, when it could have been so easy for her to just pull up the mask before coming up to the car. Train your employees, set safety guidelines that you'll actually enforce, and do better, Jackson's!

Manager Kelli & assistant manager are unprofessional. Kelli has come in after her shifts drunk. They are passive aggressive & wont confront issues. I am concerned for kelli’s decision making while under the influence. I tried to reach out to the district manager but the location refuses to give me the number.

Did I really just stand in line to have them let some fat intitled chick cut me? Horrible customer service. And then to make the excuses of I turned around and the employee is new? I don't care if you're new. You don't let people cut people in line.

Attendants w terrible and unhelpful attitudes. Refusing service to some customers. No accountability. Gas prices high.

I thought hey gas station down road had 0 customer service i will go to Jackson's. Little did i know the jacksons rep working late was rude. And made me wait 15 min while she just sat in store. I wont be returning.
