AT&T Store

I want to tell you what helpful, attentive service I received while purchasing and setting up my new iPhone this week. Two customer service reps, Adam and Ezekeil, made my purchase of an iPhone 14 as pleasant and easy as can be. I am someone with little understanding of cellphone technology. Both reps exhibited much patience and explained things in a way I could readily understand. They respected my budget and gave me the time I needed to make my decision. I am very happy with my purchase, and equally appreciative of their help.

Cricket was really patient and helpful throughout the time I visited the store. She ensured a seamless process and offered thorough solutions to all my questions about phone problems. I recommend their services. Should I need support in future, I will visit again.

I had such a fine experience shopping at the store today. My salesman Omar was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The other salesman, Justin, appeared to be equally professional. Between the two of them, every customer that came in the store was treated with respect, care, patience, and never left sitting for too long without someone attending to them.
I was absolutely surprised, and delighted. I highly recommend this store!

Omar and RJ were absolutely incredible! I was in such a bind and really didn’t expect to get my phone fixed that day! Not only did they fix my phone, but they gave me information about to improve my experience with my phone and the manufacturer which really empowered me as a customer.

Excellent store if you need help. The place is really clean and everyone helping me was amazing, especially Omar and cricket. they went above and beyond to help me fix my phone issues. if there was 6 stars they would get that. thanks again!

RJ Zimmerman was beyond amazing to work with. We were about to leave ATT because we were paying way to much for our cell service. He not only saved us as a customer but he lowered our bill BIG time. So RJ, WAY TO GO!! Hard working employees are hard to come by and I hope ATT appreciates you and your customer service. Thank you VERY much for all your help. I highly recommend him!

My wife and I got new phones and changed our services at another AT&T store. We still had questions about our bill and account the other store didn’t answer properly. We went to this store where we had the pleasure of working with Cricket, a sales rep. Cricket was super knowledgeable and broke down our bill perfectly. She was patient and helped us and made sure we didn’t have any further questions before we left. I have to go back to upgrade my account and hope I get to work with Cricket again.

Omar and Taqiyyah have been amazing helping me sort through the hardware and billing questions we have had in our family phones. I know every time I come into the store they will take care of us. I am grateful for all their positive help.

Cricket was so helpful and patient when my family went in to upgrade phones and switch providers to AT&T. Cricket made the process seamless and thoroughly answered all of our questions. If I ever have a phone issue I’ll be going back and making sure cricket is there to help!

We had Mo, the manager, and he was great! Helped us with all of our needs and waited patiently as we figured everything out. While we waited for everything to process after deciding, Mo kept us company by telling us some pretty funny stories. I would definitely want Mo as our helper again!

Cricket was super helpful when I wanted to switch my plan from Verizon. She made the process a lot easier and she was able to bring my monthly payment down!!

I don’t usually write reviews for places but I have to for this one. After years of dreading any interactions with your competitors, I finally came to this store and I wish I had switched sooner. The manager (Vince) was helpful and informative without giving me that “pushy” vibe the other company’s employees always did. Everything went smoothly and if I need anything, I won’t dread coming back here. The store was also clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Thanks for making an errand I dread a pleasurable experience!

The manager Tiffany is amazing! I had some fraud on my account and I wasn’t able to resolve. Tiffany called and got all the information for me to help resolve. She took hours of her time to help me. I highly recommend coming to the Flemington ATT store for any help needed, to order anything or sign up for any plan. This store is amazing and so helpful. During Covid things seem to be tough and understaffed everywhere so it’s hard to get good costumer service but she goes way out of her way for her costumers.

A huge thank you to Mitch and the rest of the staff. My wife and I had to switch our phones over because of the 5G upgrade. They were very patient and worked for hours. Everybody from this store was very nice treated people kindly and with respect and we highly recommend the Flemington store.

Vince is Great manger anything I need with my account he will personally go out of his way to handle the situation personally, any issues with my devices he will figure out a way to trouble shoot it he is the main reason why I am with at&t to this day. When they have special promos on the plans he will call me just to keep me informed even if it saves me a few bucks I would highly recommend seeing him when you visit the store.

Justin and Mitch provided great customer service. Justin is so patient and helpful with everything. We switched over from Verizon and had a lot of questions but he was able to answer them all.

Cricket here is phenomenal! She is always so helpful and insightful everytime I go to this AT&T. Amazing worker!!!
