CVS

I’ve had to visit this CVS twice within the last month, For medical reasons. I went for the MinuteClinic. They were wonderful to me. They helped me and they were kind to me when I was feeling awful. So I would recommend this particular location.
Michelle and Sunny were and are wonderful. They have a hard job dealing with people that aren’t feeling well, and they were really really kind to me. It means a lot especially when you’re not feeling well. They went above and beyond. And I want to thank them for that.

I'm able to save a lot of money using my CVS Extra Care Plus, OTC and CVS Care Pass. Discounts for store items are always being added to my Extra Care Plus Card and many of my over the counter items from CVS I'm able to get at a much lower cost because of my CVS Care Pass and CVS Extra Care discount programs. Thank you CVS for caring!!!!

Big store and great customer care service. There’s a huge parking lot by its facility and it’s very close to other shops and restaurants in the area. The staff at the counter was super friendly and waited patiently until I find what I was looking for.

Easy to get an on line appointment. Excellent services. Susan was fabulous, the clinic is wonderful for minor illnesses, physicals, vaccinations, and convenience for having a pharmacy well staffed, kind and quick service. Great prices and clean well stocked store area.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the staff at the Monroeville CVS. They are always kind, patient and knowledgeable. They also seem like they genuinely care. Thank you for helping me with my return last week when the system was glitching, and we didn't know if my items were returned or not. They handled it so graciously and made sure I had proper documentation so that I'd have my refund properly deposited into my account.

To the old lady who was behind me in line and had the horrid scowling look on her face due to me doing a return: IT IS 2021! If you do not at least attempt the self check out, be prepared to be left behind in the dust. I can't do my own return. You, however could use self checkout. Be kind to other shoppers and especially your cashiers. It isn't just YOUR world that we are all living in. Actually quite the opposite. I hope the old woman sees this, but if she refuses to use a self checkout, I doubt she would read a Google review. These customers out here are really something else. I bet if that old lady was returning $50, and it was her money she would care. I feel the staff at Monroeville deserve a daily pizza party, considering they have to interact with this woman and other horrible people just like her, regularly.

We get all of our prescriptions filled here. No problems, plus they text me to remind me that a prescription is due or has been filled. They take care of contacting the doctor's office for refills. The drive-thru is very convenient and it feels safer during these times to simply drive up and have the prescription sent through the tube to the car! Everyone I've spoken to seems helpful and friendly.

The young lady who administered my bivalent COVID-19 vaccine booster was excellent. She was friendly, fast and efficient. I hardly felt the shot.

The staff there is always helpful, from pharmacy to the cashiers. I left my bag right on the register and the cashier ran outside after me to make sure I wouldn't leave without it. It's the little things and nobody ever acts like a question is too difficult.

Just arrived in Monroeville and wanted vitamins for my kids. One of the workers there left what he was doing to attend to my family and I. It took a lot of time, thankfully he used his phone internet and was able to get exactly what was suitable for my babies. I'll recommend this place to anyone. They seem to treat their customers with lots of attention of and respect irrespective your skin color.

Pharmacy staff is extremely helpful and caring. My prescription was ready very quickly.

Dana is the best pharmacist I have ever met. She always takes time to thoroughly answer your questions and treats you like a VIP. When I use a CVS pharmacy, it’s always use this store.

I went to this CVS to print photos. I have never printed photos in CVS. The staff was very helpful and explained how to use the self service screen to print my photos.

Good location, plenty of parking, clean

Newly upgraded store is roomy and easy to navigate.

Their drive through pharmacy is nice especially if it's cold outside and you don't want to go in.
