Emily in the floral department is an artist!! She created this beautiful carnation arrangement from my rough offsite description. It completely exceeded my expectations! The flowers she chose are so fresh and sweet smelling! Will definitely purchase more flowers from Lombard jewel in the future! Thanks Em!

I was helped by Gio in the beverage department. Despite being busy on a delivery day, Gio took the time to help me and was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He helped me find/download the Jewel app so that I could get additional savings. I rarely find such great customer service. Thanks Gio and Jewel!

Nick in the meat department should be acknowledged. He provided exceptional customer service for me today. He helped me behind the counter and then he noticed me looking for something. He asked me if I needed help finding something and went in the back and found it. He was very nice!

The bakery team is amazing. I purchase a cake for work each month and they are always so helpful.

The groceries were delivered on time all of the products I ordered were received. Tha driver was very helpful brought all my bags up stairs to my appointment i was very pleased. I wish I could have the same driver all the time I was very pleased

I was just in there today and the nicest worker by the name of Sally helped me! Although she was busy at her job...she walked me over to the areas to find what I was looking for....with a friendly smile! Thanks again Sally!!

I had ordered a vegetable tray for Thanksgiving dinner which I previously wrote a review for. Since I was so pleased with it I decided to order a fruit tray for Christmas Eve. Again I was pleasantly surprised. The tray was loaded with fruit and everything on it was fresh and very tasty. Victor took my order ( I had a few special requests) and everything was done exactly as I had requested. I was told Cody had made it and he did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this Lombard Jewel produce department for fruit and vegetable trays. They do a great job. Thanks again Lombard Jewel for a job well done!

Nice variety of items it needs to be better wayfinding because some products are hard to find.

Wouldn't it be nice if these big stores had a computer to at the end caps where you can type in a product and tell you what is in.

Always shopping and running in to grab something. Convenient place to grab groceries and other goodies. The new self-checkout lines are also a big hit. It'll take you a few tries to get the process down but if you usually shop for a few things at a time it makes it a great experience. They also accept Apple Pay and I recently started using that feature on my phone. Makes it so easy to pop in and out!

I’m always here. Today was special because they really helped me at the deli counter ensure I was getting the best deal. Nice lady Jan and fellow employee helped with a smile!! Thank you!
