LOCATION: For those who can’t find it, this is located on WEST Cesar Chavez on the corner of Cesar Chavez and Bunker Hill (one street west of Grand). It is connected to EOS Gym. I don’t know why it says it’s located in an ARCO but that is not true. I keep sending edits to Google maps but it won’t take.

Chinatown has a 7-eleven! It’s small but well stocked and has all the regular essentials you would find at their locations. A wheelchair lift is available at the entrance.

I love it and I go there every day wich resulted into me going into debt 😻

Guess so.

I came here today around 7:50pm ... The manager and cashier both were very rude , hostile and aggressive....I tried to buy some groceries for the week... At least 75$ worth of items ...I know the price because I went to another 7- eleven and purchased everything there instead (picture).... I didn't have the same poor customer service, I thought he was going to physically attack me ...But who wants to shop and be verbally attacked ...He should be fired

One of the casher work there alway tell me the system down for my cash app wen cam everyday tell me yes wen this guy who here on day this 1:56 am tell no ever time said no

Literally one of the worst places I’ve been to in this city. The place is filled with rude, loud, aggressive people. Kids flood the store, cut in line, and the employees locked the back door (the one you enter from if going to the parking garage) at some point while I was there, so I then had to fight through the crowd to get to the front and exit. Service is slow. Really remarkably bad.

Someone here attached a card skimmer and stole my EBT benefits. I had card less than a month and this is the only place I used it. When my new benefits came to card the food portion was immediately used at Bangladesh Indian grocery store in Atlanta GA. Just so happen the employees here are from Bangladesh also. I had a cash portion deposited to my card and it was took minutes after it deposited at a 711 in Santa Monica that I never been to. Police report has been filed and investigation is in progress as I write this. I pray my benefits are reimbursed because if not I will choose.........

They’ll charge you for a REGULAR cup of coffee and give you a SMALL. Buyer beware

Worst 7-11 ever!
Let me tell you what happened. Im visitor, came from Belarus that means i have my passport and visa but i do not have california ID. I came there to buy charger for juul and disposable vape. The guy who works there ask me about ID and i show him my passport. (Im 25 years old btw) He said that he not gonna sell me because the passport is not acceptable. Customers who standing behind me said that he has to accept it. I asked the manager but the cushier said he doesn’t want to get ticket cuz it’s illegal. Pls educate tour employees!

shame that this 7-11 which took 3 whole years to construct turned out to be the worst 7-11 in the entire city of LA, which is no small feat. the slurpee/big gulp machine is never in service - they have a sign saying there is a "regional shortage" (of what? water and syrup?) but every other 7-11 in DTLA seems to be unaffected by this fake shortage. i think its just because they are mad that people are getting drinks and not paying - a problem that, again, every other DTLA 7-11 has, but this one has decided to take it out on the customers. they also have a passive aggressive sign saying "nothing in this store is free! you have to pay $1 for a cup of ice". give me a break. if you cant keep a business open cause people keep taking free cups of ice, just close up shop now. we won't miss you!

watch out for you money in this store. the lady at the cashier tryied to charge me extra 5 $ for chicken wings and when i counter her she was arguing that 5 pcs chicken wings and med coffee was 13 $ , good thing that i ve been having those wing for many years and been a customer of 7 11 forever knew prices and changes if there were one. so after couple of min arguing she said that she gotten confused and charged me 8 $ and some cents))) lol maybe she made a mistake or she was tryina scam you Lol
