CVS

I come here often, sometimes things are in stock sometimes they’re not. Everything is always clean, pharmacists are excellent. I love the selection this CVS has. Health items to toiletries and food/drinks, souvenirs. It has a jacked up parking lot but hey it’s free parking in LA. I want to shout it MARIAH who is always amiable and nice, and helpful. All the employees are, actually, which is great, but Mariah is always amazing. Give her a raise, give all the employees a raise. And if you ever ready this, Mariah, get a bomb job somewhere. Get your IT certificate or something. You deserve to get your bag.

I have been suffering with an illness for months and it’s been frustrating. When in the aisle for the medication I thought k needed but wasn’t sure, there was a couple employees named Sarah and Josh. They were stalking shelves and stuff. But as soon as Sarah saw me she ran over because she saw my face of confusion. She gave me many tips and tricks and advice, so did Josh. Far beyond their call of duty. Thanks so much you two!!!!

Quick easy process. Employees were really nice and helpful. Everyone greeted me with a smile.

I go to This store passing another nearby similar store. Because I always get what I need to get, with excellent services from staff on top of it

You can pick up your prescription then but shampoo, face power or cookies.

Thank you Jaeho for your amazing service at the pharmacy! I’ve worked with him over the phone and in person many times and he is always so helpful and friendly, even when busy and working with only one other person.

About 3 weeks ago, my phone broke and I asked the two security guard working here for help. They were very helpful. One of them helped me until he got leave work late. Thanks to them, I was able to return home safely. I have no way to say thank you. When they see this, they know it's themselves. thank you so much👍🏻

I have been to many CVS locations and the staff here at this CVS is by far the best customer service I have received at any drug store go to quick stop. Not only are they open 24/7, at a undesirable location and in constant chaos from fellow neighbors but they always are happy to help you with anything. Always pleasant. Never rude to anyone whether you have $$ or not. Someone at this store is doing it right and it trickles down. U guys are awesome and very much appreciated. Thank you for real.

Went here for my COVID-19 vaccine. From booking the appointment to check-in to leaving after the timed 15 minutes, the whole process was very efficient! Gave sufficient information, instructions and reminders prior to appointment. Friendly staff, no wait times, answered all questions patiently, very organized. Clear stations and directions. Congrats to the team there! Best CVS service ever! Thank you for everything you do!

It’s a solid 24-7 CVS though the prices can run ridiculously high for food items. Pharmacy is open until 9pm which makes it great. It shares a parking lot with Jack in the Box and while there is a constant loitering problem outside, they don’t seem to mess with customers rather they are just in the area. I would feel safe being there till 2am but for those in more targeted groups I would just park close to the front door.

I had to come to this CVS for my vaccine and I’m super grateful that happened! Everyone here is super nice and if you haven’t had your vaccine yet try to make it this location! Also big shout out to the Beauty Advisor here! I didn’t get her name because she was educating me about the products I was buying but she also let me know about the CVS CarePass membership! I hope it’s new, otherwise I’m a bit annoyed no one told me about it before lol. Anyways I have to drive past several CVS locations to get here and it’s WORTH IT. Literally everyone needs a raise here.

Ordering was very simple and was very accommodating patient, and understanding when I was having issues with my credit card repeatedly declining due to the out of country purchases. The meds inside the box were carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. Thanks a lot!

Great customer service! Most staff always ready to help, Martha is always greeting with such positive attitude, eager to help every customer that walks in, she makes shopping at this location so much smoothly due of the high traffic of customers they get because of the location. And the managers are great help as well! This store is my favorite of all the CVS locations in downtown LA.

I went to this store around 9:30 P.M. this evening to mainly make a report on an earlier experience on another CVS and to purchase some items! I asked to speak with a Manager at one of the counters and Natalie, said she was the Shift Supervisor.. She listened attentively to what had transpired at the other CVS store and expressed concerns about the manner in which that Shift Supervisor had handled the situation. Ms. Natalie is an excellent example of the type of Supervisors that CVS must continue to employ to continue to be competitive. Natalie is very pleasant,knowledgeable, an excellent listener, a problem solver, and most of all, one who has great customer service skills.

I have recently purchased in this store and all the staff are so friendly, honest and helpful...and also a shout out to mariah(one of the cashiers) who helped me in everything i need in their store...thanks cvs...

They have what i needed and they do not sell cigarettes 😃 and they were open at 12:00 am😃
