My guys ( Griffin and Alec) at the Jeffersonville At&T store have been awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly, patient. Save me a ton of money... always willing to help . I would give more than 5 stars if possible

Our Customer Service Guy was SO AWESOME! He was so helpful and knew so much about the phones and the function and Quality of the phones. His Customer Service skills were absolutely amazing! I have managed Customer Service for a very long time and I can tell you he would have been an ASSET to my team. He had a full house and acknowledged every single person in one way or another SO You didn't mind waiting. AT&T I would tell you, you have a wonderful asset to your team!! KEEP HIM

I had a great experience in this location when I went to upgrade my phone. Milton was amazing and despite having some technical issues that were beyond his control he kept going to get my needs met. It was great conversation during the process which always makes for a great customer service experience. The lady in there I don't know her name but just watching her handling all the customers like boss with efficiency was great as well. No matter how busy it was she gave her attention to the customer and didn't try to rush. Overall happy with the store and my Att service.

I never write reviews but I definitely had to in this case because of the great experience I had with this particular store. I had a cell phone emergency while I was in town on business which as you know can be an absolute nightmare(I have no one's phone number memorized in my head. All my info was in my phone etc. My notes. Addresses. Business appointments) I didn't know a single soul in the city and was scared out of my mind. I went into the AT&T store. They saved my life! The guy that works there named Paul was super nice and so helpful! I told him my issue and I could tell he was actually concerned. You know how you talk to some people in customer service, and you can tell they really don't care. Paul wasn't like that at all. He genuinely wanted to help me and he did. He was knowledgeable and fixed my problem. Why can't all companies be like this? Great customer service goes a long way. I was so appreciative. You can literally feel a huge weight lifted off your shoulders when someone helps you out of a bad situation. He is one of the reason's why I have been with AT&T since the year 2001 when I got my first cellphone. Thank you so much to Paul and ATT for making my business trip a little less hectic.

Aaron provided the best customer service I've ever had. Took the time to explain everything I got and how it worked. Helped speed up setting up new accounts with different devices. Exceeding our expectations, will definitely do business at this store again!

Benaiah is the most kind and helpful sales rep ever! Had an issue with my phone and he helped me get it fixed. I walked in and he took care of Mr and I walked out in great shape and in a good mood! I keep coming back to him and he always takes care of me! Highly recommended!

I walked in expecting to just buy one phone and walked out with two IPhone 10x for practically nothing but maybe a couple bucks in taxes!!! Mike really worked his magic!! He was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pushed into buying anything. Very happy with my experience here, I highly recommend coming here!! Five stars for sure!!!!

Aaron and the team have amazing customer service!! Went in 2 weeks ago to pre order 2 iPhone 7s Aaron had been super busy all day but had seen an email come a crossed about a new promotion. When I came in he thought I would qualify so he quickly check it out for me and I did and it made one of the phones free. He got me all set up with all pre order. Was so impressed had the first phone with in a week second a week and half! Couldn't be happy with the service. Every time I go in they are super helpful and knowledgeable!! Thanks guys!!

I was having trouble getting my iPhone and iPad to share data in the cloud so I stopped by the AT&T in Jeff. Paul Shaffer was great! Not only did he take time to help me sync them but showed me how to do it in case they don’t sync again. Quick and excellent service!
