Kohl's

Me and my husband went to Kohl's in New Albany looking for some home decor. I have the app downloaded on my phone and always get emails about coupons. So our intention was to use the 25% off coupon. While we were looking around we saw a sign for 20% off. We were trying to figure if the coupon was right or not. We asked an associate and she went to check it out for us. Anyhow the coupon was supposed to be taken down but someone forgot it. A very nice team member came back to assist us and honored the coupon that wasn't taken down plus let us use it with another coupon. Her name was Christina. Just wanted to recognize her for all she did to help us out.

Love the ease of getting into this Kohl’s. The staff are friendly here. Nice little hometown Kohls instead of having to go into a bigger area to get to one.

Friendly staff, great place to shop.

They are following state and local guidelines for Covid-19. They are cleaning up after every customer. They are also cleaning the carts.

For some reason they are still carrying My Pillow at this location.

The Jeffersonville Kohls store is always neatly organized, clean, and employees are friendly and efficient. This store is a pleasure to vist.

Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. Never long lines.

We ran in to get a couple gift items and my wife ended up finding great deal on winter pajamas while I picked out some gifts. The store was very busy but we were able to find what we needed and check out was a breeze. They had every register on one side open they had a great line queue set up and they had a manager at the front end greeting people and responding to any issues at the cash registers. The whole check out process was seamless. Are cashier was bright and cheery and it made our shopping experience that much better. I would highly recommend the store for the holidays.

Great customer service,kinda tired of the Credit card pushing, I've actually gone to another store just to avoid them asking over and over and over!

Don't usually shop Kohls. Went on recommendation for their Junior section. Found Junior section fairly clean and stocked.
Staff overhead me looking for boys section. They told me where to find. They stopped what they were doing. Then walked me to section.

Great place. But needs to restock toy section. They haven't in 6 months

Yes I have been in the Store for Christmas Shopping. It was a good thing I was in there and able to purchase garments and Jewelry plus I had to pick up a Gift for a friend. I enjoyed being in the Store and I was able to get all my shopping done.
