I've visited a lot of GameStops over the years and all experiences have been good BUT the manager Stephanie at this location is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She truly listens and tries to help you with all questions and she's super personal!! You feel like a friend vs a customer. Definitely visit this location for everything you need!!!!

The tall blonde guy that helped us today was very friendly and helpful. We went in to buy a pre-owned switch lite and he made sure that we were aware of all the features that it had and didn't have and clearly knew what he was taking about, unlike other shops we visited today like the movie trading co next door where the man that helped us was very rude and uninformed. The shop is also a lot more comfortable and well decorated than done gamestops

Visited yesterday with my girlfriend and was immediately greeted and welcomed in with a smile by Kai, one of the staff members there.

I came to check out the PC Lab section of the store after looking up this location online for the PC Lab store locator.

They had a nice selection of keyboards, mice, components, monitors, and even had a full rig with a Logitech steering wheel on display.

Had some nice clearance deals too!

Once I was in the back checking things out and settled in, Kai checked in on me. Next thing I knew, we’re having a great time talking about custom mechanical keyboards, deals, and helping out with suggestions.

I mentioned I was looking for the Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT Wireless Gaming mouse in white, but they only had black on the shelves.

Kai told me they had a custom league of legends version of the same mouse though, which my girlfriend immediately loved! And it was on sale!

He also helped with getting my Pro Membership active again.

All-in-all, it was a wonderful experience due to the personal touch we received and friendly help. My girlfriend ended up getting a Mandolorian coffee mug too, and has already has put it to good use. She loves it!

She took the mouse to the office to do work on a Sunday (smh haha), but I can’t wait to try out Terraria with her and the new mouse!

The only time I’ve been in there the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the GameStop in Lewisville. It’s definitely going to be my GameStop. Great job to everyone that works there.

Clean, well organized and the staff is friendly. I think they had a good collection although to be honest I am not much of a gamer. Staff seemed knowledgeable and helped me pick out a few good beginner games.

Helpful staff and they have PC gaming rigs and parts!! Great for gamers

Howdy folks, yes it is I GodHatesHipster. Many of you probably know me from my streams or YouTube videos. I came to this store in need of a new controller for my Xbox one. I purchased a used one with warranty and of course when I got home the D pad wasn't working properly. I returned to exchange it along with a trade in to purchase a brand new controller. Lee I believe was his name (African American male with dreads and glasses.). He helped me through the process and asked me which new controller I wanted not only did he list them, he actually brought out each different color controller. That blew my mind as a customer. He went above and beyond with a simple gesture. Keep up the great work Lee. (I ended up getting the dawn shadow, black and pink is just sexy.)

LOTS of merchandise and games. With the new direction GameStop is taking prioritizing merchandise over games, the new accommodations crowd the store a bit more. Incredibly friendly and reliable staff. If you're ever having trouble or complicated inquiries, ask for Lee.

I choose to go to this store even after I moved from Lewisville to Denton because they have an awesome staff, who are very friendly and helpful. Even when my wife(who is not a gamer) has gone in to buy gifts for me they have been very helpful to her.
