My daughter was shopping for the kids. It was neat and the displays were well stocked. One of the clerks came to help us when an expensive item was in the wrong section.

I just wanna say I love.my new.puma.tennis shoes it's been a.long time since I've had a new.pair of tennis shoes .my feet thank you.ha ha everyone that was helping me that worked there was very polite and nice the world needs more people like them harry was the original man to help me...i hope u all.have merry Christmas and know the true meaning which is jesus birthday .may god bless u all and thank u for my new shoes.god bless

Prices for what I was after were better than anything I could find online. Plenty of associates, clean store, and solid stock. Check for coupons online if you haven't been here in a minute! When a coupon I used caused things to go haywire at the register and change my shoe prices, "Zye" was on it! She quickly understood what I explained, got the assistance of a coworker, and had everything sorted out in less than 5 minutes. I'll definitely be back!

Got shoes for the kid. Found stuff to make her happy. Can't ask for more from a shoe store.

GETTING A REFUND AND EXCHANGE ON SHOE THAT WERE MISSTITCHED WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL. THEY WERE NICE AND HELPFUL

I purchased the wrong pair of work shoes and needed to exchange them for a slip safe pair. Megan helped me not only pick out the correct tread but also assisted me with the return and exchange and was EXTREMELY helpful and seemed genuinely halt to help me . I was in and out within 5 minutes and it was a very smooth process. She is a great asset to your company. Thanks Megan!

I went to Shoe Carnival over the Memorial day weekend. I knew they would have a great sale. I was looking for some cute sandals to go with my new dresses. Turns out, I was right! They had a nice sale and a really nice variety of beautiful shoes. Thanks Shoe 👠👟 Carnival!!!!!

This morning My sister wanted to find some white Crocs for a fishing trip, there was a woman unpacking inventory and wearing glasses (I assume she was the manager) she was very friendly and helpful. It was great customer service.

Social distancing, work from home and quarantined life syle has eliminated the need for a new anything. But I have been getting 15000 steps per day within my home as our group of steppers are challenged. So finally I do need something.....New Shoes! Yes I wanted to get out with this essential purchase and discretely shop and find the shoe for me and get back to safety. A little dramatic I know. Shoe carnival had so many great choices and I chose the one for me. A week later that same shoe was featured in the sale ads that comes to my home at double the price I payed.😱 I got a good deal.

Had a problem the day after thanksgiving and I actually talked to the regional manager who quickly apologized and promised to fix the problem. The regional manager was happy to hear from me about the situation and was surprised because the store had only been open a few weeks. Please, people, if you have a problem ANYWHERE contact the corporate involved. They want to hear it, trust me.

I loved their sale buy one get one half off plus addtl sales. I bought as a family six pair shoes 2 sketchers, one clifft boots and kids shoes plus older daughter got shoes! I had great service to help me find a great fit. In hard to fit and my salesgirl went over and beyond!!

I wasn't bothered the second that I went in the store. The staff was there but they weren't in my face. If I needed them, all I had to do was say something. Otherwise, I could shop to my heart's content. And I did. I have not been in that store before, but I will be going back there.

Every time I shop at Shoe Carival I have a great time, I get lost having fun, and trying on shoes and dealing with staff who take time to work with you. I had a great shopping day and I hope the same for others. Enjoy!!!!!

I love that they have shoe discounts every now and then..so much variety of original brands such as Nike,Addidas,Puma,Fila and so much more. I just love this shop plus the staff is welcoming and friendly

Store manager Meagan was awesome! Friendly, assisting with sizing and alternate shoe types, extremely helpful & pleasant in our shopping experience.
