NTB-National Tire & Battery

I want to give Katie and the employees of this NTB a huge thank you. I was traveling through St Louis yesterday and had a blow out in my rental car. After stops at multiple rental locations, trying to get a different car I was directed here for a tire replacement. Katie submitted the required information, got it approved and got me back on the road as quickly as she could. She kept me updated and allowed me to make it home safely. Thank you for the customer service you demonstrated!!

The employees awesome very helpful and patient. I bought a new tire they aired up the donut tire fit free. It’s was fast and I was out wit a matter of minutes. THANKS again!

I went into the Bridgeton location and was helped bye Katie the manager. She was so polite and had the best energy in the world. She understood my needs and provided 5 star customer service. I recommend going into NTB for the best experience ever.

Had a last minute service issue that I couldn't do after going to a parts store and being told they couldn't take care of it. I went here and they were able to accommodate me instead of going to my usual place and having to wait 5 days. The service was quick and efficient.

I had an great experience! Customer service was top notch. I went in and discovered a larger issue than expected but all was handled with compassion, care and with proper explanation!

I brought my flat tire in to be looked at and it was a leaking valve stem that they fixed for free. He even rebalanced the wheel for me. They also got it done the same day. Jesse was awesome and i do recommend!

Katie and Jesse took great care of me today at my appointment. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to get me in quickly and with great customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend

Wow, these guys did a great job and helped me out a lot this weekend. I was from out of town and had a flat tire. They fixed it in a timely manner and I was on my way. They were very professional. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

Excellent! Katie took great care of us and the mechanic was amazing and fast! We were out of towners and they were so compassionate. Jamil was so quick and knowledgeable. Great job NTB!!!! Glad we can always count on you!

This was my first experience with NTB and all I can say is they did great work. They called me with every concern and got my approval before acting. I went in today for a wheel alignment. I knew I needed 2 new tires but couldn't afford them. The customer service rep at the counter helped me find 2 affordable tires. I had to wait on my car because I didn't have a way back home. The manager made sure I was out in 54 min. It was a great experience. I'll always go to the Bridgeton NTB. They can have my business.

Katie worked with me and was able setup a time to have my 4 tires replaced along with alignment and back shock replacement. Staff did a great job in an acceptable time. Really great experience!

Awesome staff. Friendly and very helpful. Was from out of town and ran into tire issues. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued. Highly recommended.

Honest and open about everything going on. They answered all of my question with transparency and didn’t try to upsell. They did a fantastic job on my brakes and tires. This is why I’ll always go to NTB for all my tire and braking needs!

My truck blew a flat on the highway at 8am on my way to work and I got towed here and dropped the truck off and went to work and by 11am my tires were fixed ready and waiting for me. Thank you and you guys rock.

I needed a another tire for a another car of mine. Jesse got me in and out in no time. The staff if friendly and inviting always a good service when I come to this location.

I was visting town and caught a very bad flat. I was limited on time but Katie was able to get me in and out!!! Great experience and even better customer service.

Needed a tire patched. Employees were nice and went above and beyond to get the tire back to me in a short amount of time.

For the price I paid wasn’t bad very cheap I stayed and waited and they where in and out I will be back thanks excellent service😘😊

The staff is super friendly, and communicated throughout my vehicle maintenance. I would recommend NTB to anyone who needs tires, brakes, or any other services.
