Lowe’s Outlet Store

Came in tonight with my mom to purchase a washer and dryer and was assisted by an associate who was not very helpful. Fortunately Delia stepped in and provided excellent customer service. She checked us out and answered all of our questions! You did an amazing job Delia!

I happen to stumble into this store looking for painting equipment and boy was I surprised. This store was wall to wall appliances. The guy working there said it was a scratch and dent location, but very few items had imperfections from what I found. Microwaves, washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators were just a few of the items I saw. I definitely plan on going back there to get a new washer and dryer combo. Delivery is $90. If you plan on remodeling like we are I suggest you go there and get what you need and store it because they probably will go through inventory quickly.

I went to the grand opening of the new Lowes Outlet in Bridgeton. I came back the next day and bought a refrigerator.

This place is located in the same location Lowes used to be in. They aren't using the entire building.

Lots of refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, and more.

They said they have new stuff all the time and there isn't a way to check online to see what they currently have.

There's at least one really awesome employee who is good at his job.
Make sure your stuff rings up how it was marked.

If you’re looking for a fridge this is the place to go!! We have been out to sooooo many stores, and overwhelmed with all the options, prices and choices. I ended up here as my last place to see what I could find. I wish it had been the first place I had gone to!! All great choices and prices. Although there were only two workers it was worth the wait! Tony was amazing!! Very helpful and informative, and I finally got a fridge!!! I can’t say enough great things!

I’ve been here on 2 separate occasions, first to get a refrigerator and then to get a washer. Both times we worked with Christina and she is THE BEST! Super helpful and knowledgeable. When I go back I will definitely ask for her! Deals were alright, good amount of options.

I was shopping around for a refrigerator. Was driving and seen Lowe's outlet. Went in OMG awesome deals!! Purchased a refrigerator great customer service from Chance thank you so much!! The delivery guys was great too!! I surely will return for future purchases.

OMG!!!!! The prices of the appliances are UNBELIEVABLE!! The name brands are INCREDIBLE!! The customer service is GREAT although you might have to wait a few extra minutes because there are so many people looking to buy and the workers are dancing as fast as they can! I'm just stunned at the deals they have on their quality appliances!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is awesome! You can get any of your major appliances at 30,50, or 75 percent off. They all are unused with the factory warranty. They have minor scrapes and dents, but the savings are incredible. We used to drive from store to store looking for a deal and this entire store is filled with everything you could want I. All the major brands.

LOWES OUTLET SAVED MY DAY!!!!!!!!!! First off, I want to say NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER EVER EVER ORDER AN APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT! I had the most horrifying experience, which I won't get fully into because LOWES OUTLET instantly made my experience better. After a failed delivery of my new fridge by Home Depot, I went to Lowes OUTLET to see if I'd have any luck getting a fridge sooner than HD considering all my food had been out now for 24 hours (luckily it's freezing outside). No one bothered me the entire time as I was looking around when I entered the Outlet store, and that was appreciated by me considering I was going to need time/space to figure out what I wanted (there are A LOT OF APPLIANCES TO LOOK AT LOL). Once I needed assistance I was pleased by the help that was offered. Both gentleman (I forget their names I'm so sorry), were so kind and helpful I really couldn't have had a better experience as a first-time appliance shopper. All in all, I was able to get an even better fridge for WAY less than what I was paying with HD, and an earlier delivery (Home depot was saying it was going to be another week before my fridge would get here even though it was supposed to be here 2 days ago. They also won't refund my money until the "fridge gets back to the warehouse" but literally told me that it wasn't delivered because the "trucks froze and it never left the warehouse" - Home depot doesn't know what it's talking about but LOWES DOES). SO If you're looking for an appliance, LOWES OUTLET is the way to go. Period.

We found what we were looking for at a great price. Chance was helpful, informative and just wonderful.

Great first visit. Got a great deal on some outdoor patio furniture and the service was great. Cool place to have in the STL area.

Hubby learned about this outlet and we were in need of a second fridge so we popped over to see what it was all about.

The location is easy to find and very clean. Very large open space. Mainly appliances and some outdoor stuff. You won't find "everyday" items like you would at Lowe's such as lumber, plumbing, electric, etc. It's not an all purpose store.

We were specifically looking for a fridge but I looked at everything while I was there. Very impressive selection. They were having a 70% sale while we were there which really amplified the pricing. I was not impressed with the regular "outlet" pricing... but the 70% took it to another level.

We found a fridge, paid for it that day and they were able to hold it for us to come back and pick it up at a later date. This was very convenient.

They do have an opportunity for better staffing. There were 3 employees working while we were there - 1 at the register, 2 helping customers. This was fine when we got there and no-one else was there. But by the time we were leaving there were probably 30 other customers in there - it was crazy. Every employee was helping someone pretty much the entire time we were there. They were all friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the products as well. The store is still brand new, so I'm giving grace that they are probably still figuring out staffing needs.

Christina greeted us and asked what we were looking for, we replied LG laundry towers. We were impressed with Christina’s product knowledge, answering all of our questions pertaining to the different models. She is really “hands on”, as soon as she checked us out, with our purchase of the LG laundry Tower, she took it of the display floor.

Tony is the most helpful and polite person I've dealt with at a Lowes. He was quick, efficient and made sure I understood everything. This will be the only place I go to for appliances

Had some EXCELLENT prices on appliances. We're talking 75% off brand new stuff.

Love Lowe's all around tool etc geat outdoors area plants flowers etc

So many appliances I didn't need today. But this will be my go to when I do need those.

Was thinking it was a regular Lowes. They have a lot of major appliances. Some big mowers. Just wanted a weed eater. So headed back out pretty quick.

Gat a great price on an item that was never picked up. Really good place with a great selection of scratch and dent, returned and abandoned appliances. Tony’s the man to see!
