The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I found them by accident when I moved nearby, and have continued to shop there for 2 years now. It's a huge plus that they can custom mix the flavor and strength of "juice" that I like best.

I went in yesterday because unfortunately my rig got stolen. The employees are very welcoming and very well versed in the large variety of vapes. They have all kinds of flavors i purchased something cool and very good quality while i think about what big rig i want i really like this place. Its clean and affordable and they have some kind of reward system i cant wait till i go back. I got the pod vape i love it really hits, fits in my pocket and they come in lots of colors i went with the strawberry kiwi havok juice to me it taste like a fruit roll up or jolly rancher. Definitely check them out

I'm trying to quit smoking and HATE menthol. The other vape store I was at didnt listen to what I was looking for since I'm new to the vape. After wasting money there twice, I came here. Both Tyler and Devin took the time to listen and find the best fit for me and were extremely helpful! Will be coming here from now one for my vape needs!

Clean, organized, friendly and knowledgeable employee; I was in and out in 10 minutes. I purchased an awesome yet user-friendly vape mod and "juice" (peach flavor). Love it!!

Went in to get a new basic kit. Knew what I wanted and had done my homework (also, since I already had a system from years ago, I knew what I needed.) Kellie W was amazingly helpful to locate the item I was looking for and get me the needed batteries. She also went over the different prices for the different coils and the best wattage to use them at. This will absolutely be my new Vape shop!

Best vape store I’ll ever find great prices

Let me start off by saying that the staff here is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Kellie & Bryar. They were both very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I went in because I broke the glass on my tank. Vaporized is one of the only stores that actually carries the glass replacement for my Geekvape Z tank. These 2 ladies made my day even better. I will be going to Vaporized for all of my vaping needs from now on.

Been in a few times and the customer service is great. Brendon has helped me the last couple times and was a huge help. Will be back!
