The gentleman working the cash register gave my 3 year old son a free bagel because the first bagel didn’t suit his taste buds. His kindness was very appreciated! Recommend STL bread co!

I absolutely love Panera Bread! My gosh, if I can have it everyday, I would. I went to this one during a lunch rush. As you may know, it was pretty busy. The food is delicious. I always get the YOU PICK TWO: Bacon Turkey Bravo with a Greek salad 🤤 I usually sub the bread for asiago focaccia on the Bravo sandwich but not this time. The tomato basil bread have a hint of sweet on the top crust so both options are great!

Everyone was nice despite it being busy.

My family absolutely loves the cinnamon crunch bagels 🥯. So much I get up at 6:30 to go get them

The Modern Caprese sandwich was very good love the sauce on there it was sweet just wish they had a little bit more on it. Also had the Chicken Baja Grain Bowl it was nice there was a little hot spice in there that I didn't like it needed more sauce. It was good but, would not get again.

Don’t know why people complain so much about waiting during lunch time. Pick any place at lunch time that’s NOT busy. I’m patient and I understand if I go there at lunch that there will be a wait, I see tons of people when I go there and all they do is complain. The workers that are making your food are trying their best, it’s not fast food so be patient people. If you know your lunch is only 30 minutes then pick up fast food cause Panera is made to order and to me it’s worth the wait. People need to slow down and know the staff are trying their best. I love their food and I go a lot, but I bring my patience with me. Thanks Panera I know you all work hard.

I didn't put anything in the service section due to the fact that I took my own order and cleaned up after myself. Which is fine.

They said they didn't have any egg souffle, but then someone in the background said they did have some spinach ones left, so I was able to get what I wanted to eat. And a small decaf cafe mocha. And a squash soup to reheat later for lunch.

Me and my fiance had a very pleasant experience. Service was great! And I had the turkey dei not mad at all. My top pieace fell off the plate I took it back and they replaced it not Alan issue . The sandwich was great! Yum will getting it next time. The coffee are hot and fresh. The seating is amamzing I did my homework for college and the area was very welcoming no judgement at all I'll be coming back for sure. And I love the brownies. Yum my favorite 😍

Clean, quick and delicious. I drive out of my way to come to this specific location. Staff is VERY friendly, attentive, professional, kind and ALWAYS strive to make your experience a positive one. If there is any problem they will make it right. The manager Leslie has helped me here for years and it is always a treat to see her!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU GUYS!!

After hitting the max $ for DoorDash making my afternoon a horrible experience I had to drive to the store where Franklin expertly took my order for 16 people with the best customer service. Thank you Franklin for making a bad experience better!

I was traveling in the area on business and stopped in for breakfast. Turns out my company card was compromised (elsewhere) and it was declined. The gentleman at the register was very understanding and summoned his manager. Before I could get a chance to pay with my pwn personal card, they treated me to my meal! I was stunned. A very compassionate and friendly gesture. Thank you! I wish I would have taken their names. If a manager is reading this- Kudos to your 2/12/2020 morning staff!

Great food and nice place to just have a quiet meal

Clean, decor very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Wide variety of hot and cold beverages. Employees work fast and accurate. Couldn't sit down due to pandemic but I have had the opportunity to sit and enjoy a wonderful atmosphere.

Moved from part of the strip mall to its own standalone building. This newer store has a drive-thru and a fast lane with tablets for placing orders. They use a pager system to bring you your food so you don't have to get it yourself. New interior is nice. A good place to eat or do some work. when you do rapid pick-up or drive-thru, make sure you check yours before you leave. I've had an occasional issue with order correctness.

Love the bread company broccoli soup Greek salad drinks. Dessert. Well pretty much all their food. But you better bring your savings with you lol. Somewhat like eating in an exquisite restaurant 😋

This location always does a great job, never had a problem. Today they gave me the wrong sandwich but fixed the problem quickly and were very polite and professional. And when they gave me the right sandwich, also gave me a free cookie for my trouble. Which is why I'm writing this review. Thank you

I go to SLBC/Panera fairly often. This location has been one of the best. The staff is very friendly inside and at the drive thru. My order is always correct and is quick. Currently, a big fan of the ten vegetable soup because it seems like the St. Louis locations do not have French onion?

Love tuna but not the white bread..crust too hard. Love bacon turkey bravo. Choc chip muffin. Strawberry 🍓 chicken fruit salad.
